Not so cheap flights , can be a lot more cheaper when comparing with other online flights

I have to admit that my experience at first was a bit frustrating but I dealt with a gentleman whose name is Brad and he was very helpful
It took a few days but Brad was right on top of everything for me and after a few conversations Brad was able to get me set up with what I needed so a big thankyou and I would recommend dealing with him again in the future

I WAS TOTALLY SCAMMED!! I GOT EXCITED UPON SEEING THE ROUNDTRIP PLANE FARE AS 1,555.53 AND THEN IT TURNED OUT I RECEIVED CEBU PACIFIC'S EMAIL, THE BILL IS AROUND 4,500 AND WHAT'S MORE FRUSTRATING? THE AMOUNT THEY TOOK FROM MY CREDIT CARD, THEY TOOK 5,800!! THIS IS WAY TOO ABSURD, I WAS TOTALLY F*CKED UP ! I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS TO REPORT THAT PAGE AND NEVER EVER SUBSCRIBE TO THEM. THEY DID NOT EVEN PROVIDED A HOTLINE TO CALL.

Anna was very helpful and kept the lines of communication open and responded promptly.
My experience was anything but straight forward.
I purchased a ticket for $380 and paid online. I paid by credit card and everything seemed fine until 10 minutes after completing the transaction I received an email and a phone call ro say my transaction had been declined because the airline required and extra $21 above the listed price. I was never able to understand why this $21 was required due to accent issues. The process required me to resubmit the additional payment via a secure site then prove my identity by sending my passport details as well as a bill veriying my address. Hang on guys! You had my money. It was all your mistake.
In summary I received a very well priced ticket but had to endure a 6 hour delay and some major pain points.
Based on Annas support and if she is representative of the staff employed I would use the service again but with reservations..

I always check across several websites and this is consistently one of the ones that offers me the lowest. Great job!

First time I've used them and everything seemed to work out great. I got the best price of any site and also paid no card fees or booking fees which other sites sneak on at the end of the booking. E-ticket arrived within 24 hours and I confirmed the booking with the airline.

Easy. No hassle

Very easy to navigate. Very reasonable pricing. Takes a while for the airline to receive payment though, so seat selection was delayed.
