Please note that such promotional fares are subject to live airline inventory and limited seat availability. Unfortunately, our system was unable to confirm the flights at the advertised fare due to limited seat availability, and therefore, the reservation could not be finalised.

We understand that this situation may have caused inconvenience, particularly given the urgency of your travel plans, and we sincerely regret that we were unable to confirm your booking.

Regarding your payment, the full amount of A$671.29 has already been reversed, and no deduction has been made by CheapFlyShop. The reversal has been initiated to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer's processing procedures, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note that CheapFlyShop does not retain payment for a booking that could not be confirmed. We appreciate your patience and understanding while your bank completes the processing of the reversal.
