I was under a lot of stress trying to book holiday, after having a holiday cancelled on me. I couldnt make payment and was very confused, Abraham helped me in every possible way to get me my holiday and to to be very professional in understanding the stress I was under.... I inadvertently booked the wrong flight as the method of booking isn’t explained properly. Please be very careful that when the flights come up, you are aware of what you are actually Booking. I inadvertently made and paid for a flight not realising that it didn’t include any luggage or any standard add-ons that a flight would normally have. Thank goodness for Abraham who helped and corrected me. And was incredibly patient.

I had to travel to Australia asap due to family emergency/bereavement and i had literally 2 days to organise a flight for me and my brother. I was in a distraught state when i called but David was amazing, he was patient, empathetic and very kind. He put up with my tear filled frustration by helping me calm down and then took me through the best and quickest option he could find to achieve what i wanted. He even gave me time to go away and consider it before making a commitment. His compassion was so appreciated in the awful circumstances i found myself in. Eventually i went with his option and i got here in time to see my mother. The recommendation worked time wise and comfort wise and without a hitch. Thank you David for your time and your understanding and my apologies to you for my outbursts and tears. Thanks to you David, we have made it here with time to spend with my mother before the inevitable outcome. Not a trip i was looking forward to but am extremely grateful for. I would definitely recommend the service and if you explain what you want the agents will come through for you even at such short notice for such a long journey.
