I had an excellent experience with Cheapflyshop UK, mainly thanks to the exceptional support from both Alex and Emily.

Alex was incredibly dedicated and stayed on the call with us for nearly four hours to ensure our booking was completed properly. He was patient, professional, and very helpful in securing the tickets while also negotiating a good price. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were confident before confirming.

Emily was equally helpful with the next stage of the journey. She assisted me with completing the check-in process, generating the boarding pass, and making all the necessary adjustments. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, which made the whole experience stressfree.
The level of customer service from both of them was outstanding. It’s rare to see this kind of commitment and attention to detail. They genuinely care about getting things right for the customer.
Overall, a very smooth and reliable experience.

Have had a fantastic experience using this company, we had a serious last minute problem and fortunately Malcolm was the person who answered my email which led to a long phone call where he patiently tried to resolve our problem which he did

Too much background noise couldn't hear Issac properly but eventually understood that the flight option was not available due to expiry of the promotional price being advertised, although I had 2 x payments deducted from my bank. Issac did help me to get a different flight but I had to pay more for it. Issac did his best to help. Still waiting for my refund for overpayment.
