CHEAPFLY - Stay away absolute scammers
Absolute scammers, I purchased a ticket which said pending and I would receive my eticket in 24-48 hours, which I didn’t receive instead I received a phone saying the price for my ticket was no longer available and they wanted another payment for double the amount, when I said don’t bother and asked for a refund it was refused which left me no choice other than to pay the money to get my ticket, they also told me the flight I booked was no longer available and I had to choose a different day, upon checking I saw there was a flight available on my chosen day. A week later they tried to charge my credit card with a further $565 but fortunately they could not process the payment without an authorisation code which gets sent to my phone.
DO NOT USE CHEAPFLY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS and Fraudulently try and take more money from you.
I have proof you tried to take more money from my credit card a week after you made me pay extra for it, and you already had the credit card number on file I never gave it to you again but I needed to give you the pin sent to my phone from the bank.

Totally unacceptable i want know all the customers be careful when they book the ticket because this website showing the ticket not telling the people there is no luggage allowed one you make booking and, when i call to customer care the lady name Anna she did her best she tried to give me more potions and did her best I give 5 stars rating but still i have to pay more money to buy another tickets. Not Happy with this company

This is a review of Scott not the company! The company cheapfly is a scam! Scott was extremely helpful despite the company he works for. We are elderly and hearing impaired so he was very patient and tried all avenues to find the best solution to accommodate our requirements. Finally after several hours of going through our options of airlines, times etc, he found a flight. His after care continued with emails, phone calls etc. He was thorough, patient and listened to our needs, I highly recommend Scott but will be putting a review on Google re this company.

Cheapflyshop Experience.
I didn’t realise that the tickets I had a bought were not necessarily going to be available when I needed to fly.
I am new to this ‘service’.
Anna explained the situation very well and very calmly even though I was getting a little agitated with the news that I would have to change flights etc.
Anna is very good at her job and is a pleasure to deal with. I’m just not so sure about the Cheapflyshop system.
It probably works okay with more time before the flight?
I think I will book flights the traditional way in future.

Booked flights, money taken from my card and then was told that price was no longer available and the next available ticket for same dates was double the price, which was way more than what was currently still showing on their website. Total scam. I did receive my money back eventually.
