Cheapflights is not a travel agent and does not sell tickets directly; we are a travel comparison dedicated to bringing you the best current online prices available from airlines, online travel agents and hotels. Therefor we cannot assist you on booking and we do not handle reservations.

You can use Cheapflights to search, and once you’ve done your flight search and have all your results, please click on the blue ‘View Deal’ box to be redirected to the booking site.

If you would like to speak to someone on the phone or need booking assistance, please contact directly the company offering the booking option you are interested in as they can provide general booking information.

Cheapflights is not a travel agent and does not sell tickets directly; we are a travel comparison website dedicated to bringing you the best deals. Once you have found what you are looking for we direct you to the relevant company to make your booking. Therefor we have no insight in your booking details.

If you have not yet received your booking confirmation a great place to start looking is in your email junk folder, just in case it’s hiding in there.

If not then we would recommend checking your bank statement to see which company name is next to the transaction.

This will be the company you need to contact and ask for your booking confirmation.

Upon selecting a travel option to reserve you leave our website and we no longer have insight into the reservation or service details.

For further assistance you will need to contact the provider whom you completed the reservation through (Expedia as per your message).
