Customer Service
The Associate at the window didn't have my information in my file; such as, my up-to-date Letter of Benefits, that I had already given to Check-into-Cash. At first she wasn't going to let me take out the payday loan, but I explained that if it wasn't in my file, how could have taken out several loans. This also happened with my debit card, which obviously wasn't put into my file. I wanted my funds that I had just borrowed, to be put on my debit card, but it seemed as if the Associate didn't know how, or just didn't want to put it on it. This would save the customer from needless embarrassment.

I’m not sure of the young lady name that assisted me but she was very knowledgeable and very kind about her job. She was fast and straightforward and to the point. I hope each time that I have to go back in there I get to deal with the black young lady I delt with before

The customer service was outstanding
The customer service was outstanding. I had never taken out a pay-day loan before and the associate explained everything to me in detail. She answered all my questions in a manner that I understood too.
