Holiday hours
The hours on your website stated that you would be open from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM on Labor Day. I arrived at approximately 9:20 AM, only to be pointed at and told, “10 AM.” The associate did not give me an opportunity to say anything before informing me that you wouldn’t open until 10 AM.
I understand that holiday hours may differ, but there needs to be better communication. Either make sure your associates are informed of the correct holiday hours or update your website so customers aren’t given incorrect information.

The ladies helping were friendly and nice. However. My online account has been disabled for weeks. I called customer service. They said I have to go to the store. I went to the store. They said there was nothing they can do. Please enable my account so I don’t have to waste gas and the dee thru charge when I have go to the store. Everyone I talk to blames someone else and no resolution is happening
