I've had the pleasure of working with Cheetah Transformation on a project aimed at optimizing one of our most critical commercial processes within Under Armour. I honestly can't speak highly enough of Youssef, Mounir and Elyes, who have been incredible partners. What stood out was their great level of business understanding and their critical thinking, which made it a lot easier to develop a (very complex) solution in Smartsheet that would meet our requirements. On top of that, their open communication and - most importantly - their flexibility played a crucial role during the development and testing phase. The project has been a success and it was well perceived across our organization since it has helped us saving a lot of time and to increase quality and transparency. This company is doing a lot of things really well. We have purchased our Smartsheets licence with them and their help and relationships in getting the correct package at the correct price has been invaluable.
Cheetah also rebuilt and configured our Control Centre setup for PPM after Smartsheet produced a solution that was not fit for purpose.
