Been working with Cheetah Transformation for several projects the last year. They've provided extremely valuable support for the Smartsheet Platform, including developing a complete document control center (DCC), a superior alternative to MS Project / Safran, and continuous support for whatever problems we throw at them.

This company is highly professional, don't oversell or underdeliver, and love a good challenge. I can highly recommend using Cheetah Transformation for everything related to Smartsheet.

Alison and team are excellent. They are on hand whenever we need them and any queries are resolved normally within half a day.

What can I say?! Rob is brilliant!! As a complete newbie to Smartsheets he has taught me how to create a Project Plan and add automation in two hours. He has a patient and generous approach - willing to share his own templates. I highly recommend!!!

I worked with Gary Thornton and Rob Eberstein from Cheetah on a complex Smartsheet Implementation in Q4 of 2021 for managing large scale Cloud Transformation Programs. As the Exec Sponsor for the implementation was extremely happy with the key outcomes. The solution focused on all aspects of cloud migration factory use case - from intake through to portfolio level insights. We eliminated a number of disaggregated excel sheets and improved program level tracking and governance.
The team was exceptional all the way, and Smartsheet is now a foundational application in my organization for managing both external and internal stakeholders. Gary and Rob always made themselves available, gave expert solutions and always delivered. I highly recommend them!

I was introduced to Rob and Cheetah Transformation through our contact at Smart Sheets. From our first meeting Rob was enthusiastic and engaging. Our zoom meetings were very productive and Rob gave me tips on how to streamline our processes. The company I worked for required Smart Sheets Dynamic View to enable us to work more efficiently. Rob has set this up for us and provided us with amazing support. One of Robs team members Gary, has set up complex formulas for us and they work amazingly again allowing us to streamline all of our processes and improve our efficiency. The cost of the service is definitely worth it as it will save us an amazing amount of man hours going forward and also limit human error as our processes are now automatic.
