Purchased 2 oil dispensers. Both leaked and caused greasy mess. Contacted customer support with photos and description of issues 8 times to date. No response at all. Avoid this company it’s a scam.

I purchased the cleaning cloths. They do not work as advertised. I then found out that my initial purchase obligated me to two other shipments. This certainly does not get indicated in the initial order process. This is basically a scam.

The products arrived on time, within 3 weeks one of the lids that switches between pour and spray has jammed. I have written 3 online customer support enquires and over 3 emails to support to enquire about getting a replacement. Have not received a response and this is now going on 7 weeks.

Bought 4 items. Packed in box far too small. Microwave covers arrived in very bad shape and exceptionally scratched all around/ all over. Have taken videos and sent them in, not heard back yet from their specialised damage control team. Hate to say it but I feel I have finally been scammed …. As a person with a disability, I buy online always and cannot drive. 1st bad experience and 1st ever bad review for anyone. Very , very disappointing and disappointed with myself too. I could not recommend this company.

Received my 2 oil sprayers. One had definitely been previously used and smelled like sewage. The box had been damaged during opening. I contacted "customer support" (what a joke). This was their response:-

"We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration caused. After reviewing the situation, we can confirm that the liquid you noticed was simply product testing residue, which is harmless. These water droplets may sometimes have a slight odor during transit, but rest assured, the product is completely safe.
We recommend washing the product thoroughly before use, and it should be perfectly fine. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of sterilizing fluid or offer a replacement unit in this case, as the product is fully functional."

In other words they will do nothing other than take your money and offer you substandard goods. I've not used either item yet, and have little faith in them actually working. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague.

I ordered Oil sprayer and base tray on a 2 for 1 deal. Delivery took way too long and what arrived was a partial order only of inferior quality. Tried a number of times to email on their support line but never received any response.
Honestly I wouldn’t give these people 1 star!
They purport to be an Australian Company supplying vastly inferior Chinese products with no support available to their customers.
100% a scam, don’t spend your hard earned money lining their pockets!
