Well we finally received the pizza prep table took a little while but my staff said to give it 5 stars after we had it all ready to go

Scam website. Advertises items as "instock and ships today". Promises "your order ships today... or its free!". My order didn't ship for 3 days the customer service refused to honour their guarantee. It's a shame when you try to support a canadian business and they turn out to be a shady fly by night operation. This is not a legitimate business.

Their website listed a product as "In Stock" (it is a Canadian website that ships from Canada). After charging the full amount (>$2000) to my credit card I received an email saying it would, in fact, be shipping from the States. They gave a lead time of 8 weeks and also want an additional 25% for tariffs (even though this product category is not subject to the 25% tariffs imposed by the Canadian gov't). Complete fraud.

I recently purchased the Louis Tellier - ALPAGE® Signatures 120V Original Raclette Machine, and I am pleased with the product itself; it is of good quality and performs well. However, my experience with the delivery was disappointing. The initial promise of a 3 to 4 day delivery turned into 8 days. Additionally, I made three calls for follow-up, but I received no response or support regarding the delay. Ultimately, I had to reach out to the manufacturer directly to get the answers I needed. While I am happy with the raclette machine, the lack of communication and delayed delivery were frustrating.

The product was not well wrapped in the box and broke during delivery. The item is now out of stock and there is no ETA for a replacement.

The delivery was made within a few days of ordering. It sits and looks beautiful on the counter. :) It was a bit intimidating to start using it as it is very different than traditional stand mixers with a paddle.

I have used it to make Fresh Milled Sourdough. The motor is amazing and it kneaded the dough without an issue. The timer and variable speed are both great functions. It is also very quiet and it is easy to add ingredients to the bowl.

It whipped up a fresh mill cake batter, icing and pasta dough. It makes working in the kitchen seem effortless.

I wish I would have purchased this a long time ago.

Excellent customer service, product was delivered in a timely manner, very good quality pots and pans, heavy and beautiful, wish I could hang them on display!

Chef supplies is my go to stop for quality cookware, that I often have trouble finding anywhere else in Canada. Great selection, prices and service

I came upon ChefSupplies.ca by chance while searching for some glasses to go with my new espresso maker, and I am so glad that I did. Not only were the glasses that I wanted to order about 40% cheaper than on any other website, there was an vast selection of other products at excellent prices. I will definitely be ordering from Chef Supplies again!

I received package, but they shipped broken case of Steak Knife Set. Also shear looked not made in Germany.

Beautiful, quality cookware is just as described and arrived in a timely manner.

Who needs a $600 frying pan? I do. I ordered it from Chef Supplies and they sent it. No drama. Good service.

I see a few negative reviews which seem to all be about delivery times, not the quality of the product.

Companies like Chef Supplies are at the mercy of the manufacturers and shippers. You can't blame them when other people are responsible for the slow delivery times.

I have ordered twice from Chef Supplies Canada and both times order was shipped promptly and arrived within a few days. They had the best prices on the web for what I was looking to purchase. Highly recommend!

The product I wanted hasn’t been available since early December even though it says there’s a guarantee it would be restocked in 7-14 days. I even called customer service about it and they said it should be in early January latest.

I have ordered many times from this company and have been very happy with the quality of items. The shipping and tracking has never been a problem.

We bought the stainless steel Blackbeard 9 in and 11 in, Crowd Cookware . The frying pans are beautiful but they are not exclusively non-stick depending on what you are cooking but they do clean up nice ! Will buy again !!

I placed an order on December 2. Website said product in stock and would ship in 3-4 days. December 13, I reach out because I have no shipping details yet. I email and am told it will ship at the end of the month. I ask why, “Ricky” does not know. I respond by saying I want my money back. All of a sudden it has shipped. I reach out again a few days later because I still don’t have shipping information for this product that has allegedly shipped. I get a tracking number for a package that was delivered December 5 to the wrong city. Not my number. I am finally provided with the correct tracking number but after all this hassle and mis-information my package didn’t arrive until December 30. The product itself was excellent, but the website is full of lies. Would not purchase from here again on a timeline. I am submitting this review because the company asked me to provide a review as they had several poor reviews lately. I responded to the email saying my experience was reflective of those reviews and no one bothered to respond to my email. So online review for the world too see instead.

My order shipped quickly and was exactly as described. This was my first time shopping here and I will definitely look here again in future when I need cookware.
