Hey Graeme, we’re really sorry to hear this one didn’t hit the mark — that’s definitely not the experience we want for you.
We take a lot of pride in the detail and accuracy of our product listings and this particular item has had great feedback from many of our customers. That said, we completely understand that everyone’s preferences can be different and shopping online can sometimes be a bit hit and miss — we truly value all feedback.
We’d also love to know — was the rest of your experience with us, like our website, service and delivery, up to scratch? That’s just as important to us and we’re always looking to improve the full experience.

Antwoord van Cherry Banana®
Hi Reid, thanks again for sharing this — we’re really sorry to hear the new formula didn’t live up to your expectations. It’s always disappointing when a long-time favourite changes and just doesn’t hit the same.
While the formula itself is set by the manufacturer, we genuinely appreciate you letting us know how you’ve found the scent and performance. Feedback like this helps us understand what our customers are experiencing and what they prefer.
If you’re open to it, please reach out to us at help@cherrybanana.com.au or via our Contact Us page and share a bit more about how it compared for you — we’re always listening.
