Chessgammon Reviews

It said it would come with engraving of my choice. That did not happen. Not impressed!!

Easy online order and swift delivery . Good comms. Positive experience

Very good service. Swift and helpful.

The Backgammon set arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. I am delighted with the quality, it is beautiful, and will be a lovely Christmas gift for my husband.
Great customer service experience and fast delivery too. Highly recommend.

The device I received had defects and whilst I am certain I asked for the engraving, it didn’t seem to have registered on the order.

Thankfully, the customer services have been very prompt in rectifying the problem

Lovely backgammon pieces, well packaged and promptly posted

I've bought 2 backgammon sets in last few years, just bought 1 as a gift. They are a bit expensive and the playing pieces just plastic, but the playing boards are well decorated and we love how the dice can spin when we throw and the anticipation waiting for it to stop

The personal service when I phoned and the instant refund after I got in a muddle. Thank you.

Superb Chess set. Swiftly delivered and safely packaged.

I purchased a chess set for my grandson 18 months ago but unfortunately he broke one of the pieces and my grandson was distraught as he thought his set was ruined. I contacted Chess Gammon and spoke with a gentleman to ask if I could purchase a replacement. He asked me to send an email with a picture if the piece. This morning I received a parcel with the exact piece inside and my grandson is so happy. Customer service has been exceptional and would recommend this company to anyone that wanted a quality chess set

Fantastic experience dealing with this company. Had problems with courier delivering item but chessgammon sorted issue promptly for me-thank you. Would recommend purchasing from this company.

Bought it for my uncle as a bday present.
The item exceeded my expectations. It's beautiful, it feels luxurious and is well made. My uncle will love it.
The seller is very helpful and communication was excellent 👏 👌

The customer service department was excellent. I could only take delivery on a particular day and they did everything they could to make sure that happened. They were quick to communicate and very understanding.

The board was fine but the Dice, 10mm, and the doubling cube ,15 mm, together with the shakers were all ridiculously small. Not at all in keeping with a 24"(600mm) board.

Good quality backgammon set, very quick delivery, reasonably priced..........I'm well pleased, thank you.

Great prices and good quality products! Timely delivery and accurate descriptions for products.

First class service; being put to good use already. Many thanks.
