Chessgammon Reviews

Quick delivery from an awesome and cost-efficient product range.

Great experience ordering chess set was very nice . Fast delivery
Would order again

Ordered - delivered no problem
Was bought for my son in laws 50th birthday, I was so very pleased with my purchase and Ekrem loved it - thank you xxx

There was incorrect information on the weight of the chess pieces. It stated that the king was 38g but actually it was 24g. I did question this and they offered me an exchange for a heavier set . Thanks

Rapid delivery. Actual set is excellent quality.

My order was dispatched quickly, really pleased with the chess board I ordered and a little problem was sorted out quickly with no problem.
Thanks

great product, excellent and friendly communication

The website was easy to use, the product was with me quickly. Sadly it was not exactly what I wanted, but the returns process was simple- thank you.

I bought a chess/backgammon set from them, received it on time, was dispatched the same day. And when I received it, I was shocked with a really beautiful set, the quality honestly exceeded my expectations by far. I'd definitely recommend them.

The Chess board I ordered is beautiful. There was a snag with the engraving, but that was resolved promptly with customer service. Really happy with the purchase.

Friends of Backgammon - Gold Coast (a not for profit community made up of friends and volunteers) encourages and helps all our members to purchase high quality BG boards and BG accessories (precision dice, scorecards, time clocks and baffle boxes). We are very happy with the many tournament size Backgammon boards we have already purchased.

Wow! What a beautiful board and weighted pieces! This is the best chess set I have ever seen, exceeds all expectations. My chess friends come to look at it and play, practically drooling over it and compete to see who plays first.
My experience with purchasing from ChessGammon was flawless, even with the currency differences. A truly class company.

I ordered Wednesday afternoon but had a query about payment for the order I had placed. I rang the contact number on the website. My call was answered quickly by a very efficient man. He confirmed that he had received the order and everything was okay. I requested confirmation of when the order would be dispatched and explained that I had left it very last minute to send as a birthday gift. The item was dispatched that same afternoon and delivered the next morning!
It is rare to receive such great service - it really stands out.
Thank you very much indeed.

I searched online for a quality set of dominoes for my husband and this company caught my eye as it offered a free personalisation service, quick delivery and a brilliant customer service via Wats App so I could ask questions and get quick replies ! I chose 24hr tracked delivery and received my parcel via Royal Mail on time perfectly.
The dominoes are beautiful quality and the box is just lovely, there is weight to these so just shows how good they are and my husband is over the moon !
Love the fact that you can stick the personalisation label onto the box wherever you like too, very happy customer thank you !!
