Chessgammon Reviews

Quality of the chess board was excellent. Customer service was excellent, although I couldn't find where to enter my discount code on-line, the problem was resolved over the phone.
Great product and great service.

Great customer service, really friendly staff and very helpful with great information about their products.

I called the customer help number and a polite and professional gentleman help me with my request. I got exactly what I wanted, a custom made product (dice) to my specifications, all of this for the price on the website.
I would give this company 10 out of 5 (if that would be possible).

Great quality product.

Lovely service

Great service, Backgammon Board arrived on time, well packaged, Good value for money and pleased with the quality of the board

Ordered a customised backgammon set from them. Arrived very quickly and was securely and firmly packed so came in perfect condition.

Item itself is high quality and very much enjoyed, definitely recommended.

Great store, with quick response and flexibility with the customer

Very good quality for the price 👌

The backgammon counters I ordered are disappointing. They’re cheap and plasticky. They lack the heft of my previous acetate counters and don’t make a very satisfying noise on my wooden board. I’ll have to find some that are more appropriate. A huge case of caveat emptor I’m afraid. I will have to read the details a little better when I order again. Thank you but I will have to find a better alternative elsewhere.

It is a great item, good quality and I hope durable as well.

Helpful and efficient sales team. Originally I chose a 16" board to go with the pieces I'd ordered. They advised me (correctly) that a 20" board would be more suitable for size of the pieces I'd ordered. This required an additional payment and refund of the original board, which was handled promptly. Delivery was made within 48 hours of purchase. Good product and good service. Thanks.

Great service and a lovely chess/backgammon set. We are very happy having chosen to go with Chessgammon.

Beautiful backgammon set, great craftsmanship and quality, really happy with purchase. Very good customer service, helpful and resolved an issue of my own making without hesitation, going above and beyond.

I purchased the Walnut 21" chess board and Walnut box for my Lewis chess set. The quality of the board and box is supurb and is better than some items costing twice the price - to repeat, this is a top quality board and box.

Great service - the backgammon set was well protected in the packaging. It's a lovely set that I received.

Very impressed with the quality.

Received through my Staunton Morphy Series set, and I'm really impressed with the quality and feel of the pieces, not to mention the board and box too. The price is also very competitive - I couldn't find anything better anywhere else. The addition of the 2 extra queens is also a great touch you don't get with all retailers.

Excellent product and excellent customer service!
