Chessgammon Reviews

Excellent item, price, delivery and customer service from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend Chessgammon, especially when looking for luxury gifts, such as the Manopoulos walnut backgammon set that I purchased as a gift.

Such a amazing range for all tastes and budgets. I had a good browse and made a short list of several sets which fore filled my requirements. I eventually chose the one for me and placed my order. 2 day’s later it arrived and I had a NASA astronaut experience. I was absolutely over the moon 🌚 and it’s a wonderful feeling every time I get it out for a game or two. So very happy with my choice and purchase and the craftsmanship of the whole set and service 👍

48hrs delivery. Bang on time, really pleased with hess set Would definitely recommend them.

Quick service and nice product

Excellent experience, highly recommended

I had a very good experience from start to finish. The service was professional, fast, and well organized, and communication was clear and efficient throughout the entire process.
Everything went exactly as promised, with no unpleasant surprises. You can clearly see the attention to detail and the genuine commitment to providing quality and customer support.
I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again without hesitation.

As a first time visitor to this website I was very impressed how easy it was to use.
I placed my order and given a delivery date and was more surprised when it arrived a day earlier so we'll done.

Ideal product to complete a backgammon set with no dice or cups, quick delivery

Quality purchase swiftly delivered. I am certain the recipient will be delighted. Sale item too which was a bonus.

Very speedy delivery and excellent product!

Great customer service - highly recommend!

Excellent service 👏

The customer service was exceptional especially considering I was being pretty annoying about delivery because I was panicking the item wouldn’t arrive on time. They could not have been more responsive and helpful.

Had a huge caffuffle around Christmas and their team was more than happy to help me and make changes where needed. Many thanks to the team!

The order got shipped incredibly fast and my dark wood clock looks incredible! There was a small mix-up with the engraving but it was very easy to reach their customer service portal and have it amended! Would definitely buy something from them again in the future! :)

Not opened box yet, but ordered a set yesterday at 11:30ish and it arrived this morning. From Leicestershire to Newcastle upon Tyne, turnaround approx 23hrs. *****

Amazing service and super prompt delivery. We could not be happier with the backgammon board.

Working with ChessGammon has been an all around wonderful experience. The price was very fair, the product itself is great, and the customer service is exceptional! I purchased a tournament sized backgammon board that could have easily cost 2x as much at other stores. I had a small problem with my purchase, but it was resolved very quickly. It was packaged well and arrived within 48 hours. I have nothing but high praise for ChessGammon!
