Chester & Cooke Reviews

Chester and Cooke went above and beyond to craft and deliver my husbands birthday present on time. I ordered the garden tool organiser and holder and a shed sign. Both were beautifully made to a high standard of finish and my husband absolutely loved them. A really special gift from a special company. Thank you so much.

Absolutely beautiful boot rack. Lovely hand made addition to our home. Love it so much we have ordered the matching boot rack! John & Karol Wall.

Bought a stable door plate for my wife’s horse so impressed I had to buy a second (plate not horse) for the mother in law. Great service and we love the quality and design. We will buy other products.

I've had my eye on the seed box and divider cards for about a year. After reading many positive reviews, I took the plunge. The ordering process is idiot-proof, the seed box and dividers arrived promptly, with even a little surprise extra inside. The seed box is delightful, my only quibble (but only a small one) being that the sliding lid needs a bit of a wiggle to close fully. I like the size of the compartments, as many seed packets ar too big for my existing seed box. There is also plenty of room for the copious amount of seed packets I have acquired. I am more than happy with my order!

Beautiful name plaque and came so quickly!

Ordered my 2nd & 3rd items from Chester & Cooke and they do not disappoint. Super speedy - due 3/6 yet arrived 30/5!! Superb quality and very stylish. We have the wellies store which sit in our porch and is brilliant, the new arrivals are a 4 hook coat rack and a lead rack for a newly arrive rescue dog called Doris. Arrived and on the wall in 30 minutes. A most excellent company

I bought the Seed Box quite late for my partner's birthday. When I informed Liz and asked if there was any way to ensure it arrived in time, she was very accommodating and managed to get it up to us quickly, with a nice message. My partner loved the box and it's beautiful design.
Really nice company and products, will definitely be back in the future!

Amazing service and the stable name we ordered was exceptional !!!!! I couldn’t believe how amazing it was. My daughter absolutely loved it, thank you :-)

Our grandaughter had a few failed attempts at getting her first pony, finally the right one came a long and the stunning name plaque that my wife ordered arrived and is absolutely perfect . Brilliant service, polite and friendly, excellent product making the whole experience the best for Elyssa and Belle.

I would highly recommend the stable name plaque they are absolutely stunning. This will be my third purchase and I am over the moon with how it looks. So easy to personalise and the company are always willing to help, extremely fast for delivery, I can 100% recommend.

Bought a stable door plaque as a Christmas present and it was lovely! Good quality and well made. Only just put it up, hence the delayed review.

I can’t honestly recommend my Chester and Cooke 5-pair wellington boot rack enough. It lives outside my back door and has completely transformed my daily life. No more muddy boots in the house, no mess, no stress. Even in really wet and cold weather, my boots stay totally dry and ready to put on, which makes such a difference. Everything looks neat and organised and it’s incredibly sturdy too. One of those simple, practical buys that you end up wondering how you ever lived without. Absolutely brilliant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought a couple of stable plaques for a friend in November for Christmas, we were absolutely delighted with them. Wonderful quality pieces that look so smart. Thank you so much, can’t wait to order myself some now!

The personalised seed box is stunning with meticulous detail and great quality not to mention that Liz herself provided a wonderful customer service. I could not recommend this company enough.

Was given a Chester & Cooke seed box for Christmas and am delighted with it. The quality of craftsmanship is superb and the thinking behind the design is clever and beautiful. Just spent a pleasant afternoon sorting my seeds and planning my planting for the season ahead. I highly recommend Chester & Cooke as a business for their quality products and brilliant customer service.

Received our boot rack from the UK today. Heavy-duty quality and fast shipping to the Netherlands. Very happy with it, highly recommended!

Fantastic company with great products. My order was lost/delayed by Evri ( no surprise) so Liz chased the courier and then made another personalised sign and sent it by Royal Mail which arrived in 2 days. Couldn’t have asked for better service and my wife loves her present. Would unequivocally recommend them.

Tienen unos productos excelentes con una calidad superior y además el servicio y la atención magníficos.

Excellent products. They make great gifts which can be personalised. We have bought 3 dog related purchases that look fabulous in our boot room.
Well packed and prompt delivery.

I purchased 4 stable name plates for my wife’s birthday. The product really stood out on line and exceeded my expectations when they arrived. Each name plate was finished to a very high quality and the designs are tasteful but impactful. They really punch above their price. Bravo.
