The company has stolen my money twice. My fault for not learning the first time. I’ve lost £150 with them. No emails no contact, nothing. Just a website set up to request payment. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Huge risk buying from this site. Beware of fake reviews below.

Solid service, reliable. It's legit. As of 2026 comes next day when you order in UK. Repeat customer.

Fast delivery. Excellent customer service.

It’s been over a month and I’ve still not received my order or a refund, nor have they communicated anything with me. They’ve certainly lost me as a customer now.

I’ve sent countless emails and they’ve ignored it. I’ve seen they’ve responded to others below but continue to mistreat customers.

I have spent £1000's with this business as Liverpool, then Manchester and now chester nootropics.

Last week I placed an order for over £100, received an email the next day (Thursday) confirming it had been posted. I paid for 1-2 delivery service via royal mail so when nothing arrived by Saturday I emailed to ask for a tracking number so I could follow up with Royalmail.

It's now wednesday and despite me sending more than a few follow up emails I have received no reply. Furthermore I have now received a bounceback from their email address.

Angry would be an understatement

Used to be entirely reputable when under different names, new website awful as no contact details. Ordered over a week ago, claimed they didn’t receive payment, sent this multiple times, now website has gone dark. Avoid.

My first order has not been delivered and they don't respond to messages. I guess i've been scammed :(

I paid with trust via a bank transfer so there's no way to get a refund.

The order hasn't been delivered and they aren't responding to my messages anymore.
I will update this review if it does turn up.

EDIT - They finally replied to me with an apology and sent the parcel again with some free extra's which arrived next day

Honest people.

Product delayed and they fail to reply every time I contact them. Always received a prompt response from former companies, Manchester/Liverpool nootropics. Ready to take my regular custom elsewhere.

I have been ordering from Chester nootropics (and the previous named ones) for several years now. Delivery is always very fast (often the next day). Sometimes you will get an email confirming the order, sometimes you won't, but it doesn't make a difference to the order being processed.

I highly recommend this company!

Very professional. Super fast next day delivery and quality health products! Highly recommend them.

Next day still available. Don't know about communication as I never needed to do anything more than std procedure. When they're short - they ask, do I mind some changes but that was only once and finally got it sorted as I wanted originally.

Usually after ordering there is a fast response and delivery. With my recent orders there’s been no email response and I’m concerned the orders haven’t been dispatched. Please could someone respond?

Service is now terrible so have had to switch to another company, lost money on my order. Poor communication, awful customer service and no resolutions. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Awful service from them. Takes weeks to get an order if you're lucky, and all they do is ignore all emails. Myself and my friend waited weeks when they had the different website. And I haven't had any order or a reply from their new one. Needless to say I won't be using them ever ever again . I would like a full refund with postage costs. No point paying for it if I don't get an order

They will send payment details, then you pay and they email to say they didn’t get the money. Then they stop responding. There is literally no way to contact them. Says on their website “ Friendly, Responsive Support” with literally no email address or contact information provided on the site

Been using these guys for years now (including under their former names). Fast and reliable as always, and one of the only providers that offers true UK to UK delivery.
