I didn’t read reviews before ordering. I’m on day 16 and no items yet. I emailed and NO response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This company should be shut down!!! I should have checked into this company before buying. Learned my lesson!!! 0 stars

Ordered 4 things. Colors were all wrong. Material was cheap. Everything fit off. Only one sweater was cute enough to wear, but it is very cheaply made. The two coats and dress look like costume items from the Halloween store

Welp. Just like everyone else has said, Chicindress is a terrible company. The quality is a total joke, like very bad. Terrible fit. I didn't receive all of the items I ordered and the items I DID receive are wrong. The vendor refuses to give a refund unless I mail this stuff back to china at my own expense (which was $85, I did stand in line at the post office). I have wasted so, so much time on this, I hope someone else reads this rather than just trusting all the fake reviews on their website. I have disputed the transaction thru paypal and hope that pans out. I am not sure what else we can do to get them shut down. I've noticed they are hiding all of the comments on the Facebook items (which is how they got me in the first place). The seller ended up offering me $22 refund and saying I can sell the incorrect items online. I paid $151. I feel like such an idiot for being duped by an online fake company scheme. Like the little old ladies who send money to a Princess in Africa to help her get home. That's me now, the defrauded old lady. I guess this is my punishment for spending so much time on facebook.

Worst purchase ever. They look like second hand clothes. Very poor quality. Do not order there

Terrible quality in clothing. They do not have a return policy and asked me to give the outfits to a friend or family member. I complained and they said they would only give me a 15% discount back. I would NEVER order from this company!

Uhg, why didn’t I read these reviews first. The quality was TERRIBLE!!!! And, though this is hard to believe, the customer service was worse! Do not buy from here!!!

I only wish I would have seen these reviews before I bought the thing they called a dress. Very long time to get for a wedding I was attending. It was everything the previous people have said. Wrong color, wrong size cheap cheap cheap and nothing I could do to adjust it! Of course they want me to take pictures -why??? Then they said perhaps I could gift it to a friend (don’t know anyone I hate so much), because they were trying to help me with such a hassle to return? Oh of course the epidemic is an excuse. I would give them a -1

OMG I wish I would have the most recent review. I have had almost the exact same email exchange and experience. What a ripoff company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. The shipment comes from China. They just keep sending me the refund policy as well. I keep asking for a return address which somehow they keep NOT sending me. Poor quality clothing I could wear a gunney sack and look better.

After checking with quality control department, the item is our best selling style, and we make sure it is the same style as model. For online shopping, there must be the size or display problem, but strongly suggest wear again and if fit not bad, I am sure you are charming in your style~If you wanna return, we will reply with solution for you. ME:I need to return all items I purchased. None of the items fit and they are of VERY poor quality both material and craftsmanship. THEM: We really do not recommend you to return. Now is a epidemic period, the American warehouse is close due to the epidemic, only the Chinese warehouse is serving the world which means you have to post to China and it will take a very long time to return and it's quite expensive, about 40$ or more. And for the return of goods that are not a quality problem, you also need to bear the freight. Would you mind giving it to your friend or families as a gift or you can sell it to others? I hope you can negotiate with us, we can partially compensate you and offer you discounts. If you insist on returning, you will get return instruction by next email, but all shipping cost will be in your bill, it's written in the return policy. Money will be refunded after we get and checking the returned package.
So, these emails went on and on with me asking for their return address and stating that I will pay for the shipping cost. THEN today I received this email..Dear customer, Please read the return the policy. Return shipping fees are at customer's own expense. It's writing in the return policy.
We can offer 20% refund by gift card and 15% no limit discounts for your next order if you keep them.
Now they refuse to refund any amount of my purchase will only give me 20% of my purchase as a gift card to their fraudulent company...NO THANK YOU. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

I never write reviews, but I feel that I was duped by this company and believing their return policy and products were accurately represented on the website. Shipping took almost a month to get to me. I ordered multiple tops from this store and did not like any of them... Followed their return procedures and was responded to stating they won’t accept returns unless they send you the wrong item or size, even though their return policy states you can return within 30 days if you’re not satisfied. They have since changed the website to state they don’t accept returns if you just “don’t like the item”…Seriously? What legitimate company won’t let you return an item if you don’t like it or the fit? Then they told me I would pay for return shipping (not that big of a deal) but that it was going to have to be shipped back to China and I would have to pay shipping plus all the import taxes, etc. and that if the item was lost or mishandled along the way, which I’m sure “happens” frequently since tracking information will usually halt at customs in other countries (I know from experience living overseas and having packages shipped to me), that I would not receive any refund!

I will never purchase from this company again and now I’m out over $100 in clothing that is worth maybe $10. So incredibly disappointed.

Just beware of what you purchase from this company and don’t expect to be able to return any items or receive any refund from them. Or for the items to be anything like what you expect - the clothes are cheaply made out of terrible fabric and do not fit properly.

Horrible customer service. They failed to send a packing slip or return slip with the merchandise I purchased. When trying to make a return with the order number they provided me with, the only respond I received SEVERAL TIMES was “Sorry, we cannot find your order”. This went on for a week. There was no effort put in providing customer service to resolve my return. Now I have merchandise that does not fit me. Furthermore, the merchandise they sell is very poor quality.

Do not waste your time and money!

Wish i would have read reviews before ordering. Quality is horrible for the price. I have made several attempt to reach them to RETUNR my items with NO responds. I waited over 1 month to received my dresses and NOW i can't even return for a refund. NO ANSWER and nothing listed on their website on how to return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! WARNING you will be cheated out of your money.

DO NOT BUY. I ordered 6 dresses and none of them fit correctly. I also spent over a month waiting for said dresses.
I have reached out to customer service 2 times in the last 2 weeks on how to return items and get my money back or a credit and I have had no response. They do not have return information on their website or packaged with the dresses.

This is a not a good website to order clothing. Poor quality. Unprofessional and will not take a return. They suggested for me to try on one more time. I will never buy from them again. I cant get my money back and have about 10 items.

Ordered two dresses from their site, took over a month to receive. Poor communication on their part. When I received the two dresses, they looked nothing like what I ordered and the material was extremely cheap and not made well.

Boy I sure wish I read the crappy reviews about this company BEFORE buying. They are a FRAUD. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Located in China. They make it impossible to return items you don't like/want. Their clothing is CHEAPLY MADE. Customer service: AWFUL.

I am pretty sure I have just lost my money to these people. They keep telling me my dress has been shipped and give a tracking number that shows nothing at all. I have emailed several times for a refund and get the same tracking number email.

The dresses I ordered were extremely low quality and looked nothing like the photos. The fabric was very thin and puckered at the seams. Nothing is wearable. I can’t even compare the quality to anything I’ve seen. It’s so poor.

This store is based in China! I received my order 6 weeks after I placed the order. The clothes are falling apart. The treading on the ends are coming apart. I would never wear their clothes in public. It’s incredibly cheap. The clothes are wrinkled and smell of chemicals. I emailed the company and they responded “After checking with quality control department, it is normal that few threads on the item, and just cut it off would be fine. But I consulted with our manager several times for your interests.”

Then they stated “ Thanks for your patience, we can return , but we strongly suggest you may not return because due to the serious global epidemic situation, the Customs Department's package inspection is very strict.

We have received many customers' feedback that the package failed to pass the inspection and was returned. In this way, we can't get the clothes and there is no way to refund you.”

Do NOT buy from them! They are a scam!!!!

Scam. DO NOT BUY. Deceptive return policy. Chic In Dress advertised on Pinterest. I placed an order on Apr 8. The website promised delivery in 8-15 days. The tracking number remained perpetually inactive. On Apr 28, I emailed customer service. The response was that I need to wait a few more days. On May 4, still no update to tracking, so I put a stop payment on the credit card. May 6, Chic In Dress emails me requesting I cancel my complaint. I tell them I am dissatisfied, per their return policy, and request a full refund. The item finally arrives and while the cut and color match the website, the product is poor quality, cheep material, very thin fabric, has no brand label sewn into the collar, wrinkled, too big (size medium). They said it is their number one selling item. I still want a full refund and a return shipping label, but Chic in Dress is refusing. They are based in China, it costs them too much to return the product.
