THEY STOLE MY MONEY
I contacted chic plastic surgery, I filled out their form and gave my personal info, detailed list of health issues, surgeries, current meds & 4 selfies. I was contacted via text message by someone. Then I was contacted a second time by a different agent (being contacted over again by several different people from the same office is common.) I knew my original form and info should already be in the system and I told her that I had already filled out the forms, she said she did not have access to my pics & sent me the link to the form that had already filled out so that I can re-submit pictures directly to her. I admittedly rushed through health and stuff info because I knew I had already done all that and the purpose this time for this form was to send her my pictures. The pictures were received and I was given a quote. I paid a $250 deposit followed by $1000 & $500. I believe I spoke to someone at least twice over the phone. I know at one time my medications were discussed and I definitely know the last time I received a call to discuss my medical issues. I again openly told them that 2 years ago I had provoked blood clot due to estrogen therapy. I told them that have seen hematologist and had a series of tests that show that I have no clotting issues and that I have been cleared for surgery. I openly told them. Whether I put this on the 2nd form or not. They are trying to say that because I did not put all this on the 2nd form that was meant for picture purposes, that I was not being forthcoming. If I didn't tell them, how would they know? It's not like they found out on their own. Nothing on contract says if you don't put everything on the initial form, you forfeit a refund. It does say that you must tell them & keep them updated about any past, current & future health issues, injuries, & changes in medications & supplements. I did. They sent me a refund request form through Dropbox sign and I properly filled it out and it submitted. It was just ignored. They stole my money.
