Dr Bright saw our baby girl for an allergy assessment. He was friendly, professional and had a lovely manner with our little girl. He took the time to explore our concerns fully and answer any questions, explaining things clearly. He was very knowledgeable and we left with an understanding of what the allergy test results showed and a clear plan going forward. We would definitely recommend him to others.

After 5 months of different creams and GP visits our daughters excema significantly improved after just a few days after meeting with Dr Bright. He was thorough in our discussions and lovely with our daughter.

Very reassuring tests carried out and Dr Bright explained everything from beginning to end. He took into account my son is autistic and tailored the meeting.

Meeting with Dr Bright has given us the knowledge and reassurance we needed to deal with our children’s CMPA and Eczema. He attends each stage of the consultation with more than enough attention to ensure the full consultation is as efficient as it could be. The team responded quickly and thoroughly to following questions and were equally professional and caring throughout.

Dr Andrew Bright provided excellent care and guidance. He was very thorough and appeared genuinely keen to help. He also has a lovely, friendly approach and we felt our grandson was in the best hands possible. He provided new guidance on eczema treatment and the allergy/intolerance tests proved highly insightful. I have no hesitation in recommending his services and will revisit his clinic in future should the need arise!

Dr. Bright has really put my mind at ease. We visited his clinic as a family because my 7-month-old son has been struggling with eczema for 2–3 months and was recently diagnosed with a cow’s milk allergy. He has been prescribed antihistamines and adrenaline injections. All of this worried me deeply as a mum, and I was feeling lost. Dr. Bright provided us with a clear plan, shared lots of helpful educational information, and scheduled a follow-up appointment — all of which mean a great deal to me and my family. Thank you for being so professional and reassuring, Dr. Bright!

What a lovely doctor with a great way of engaging a child who finds it difficult to be out of the house. He was also very good at reassuring the child's mum, who also was very anxious. The tests completed were quick and easy and it was great to get the results within the appointment. I would highly recommend.

We visited Dr Bright about our 6 month old son, who has a non-IGE cows milk protein allergy. I had been extremely worried about weaning our son because of the potential of other allergies, but also wanted to make sure we were on the right formula to treat his allergy. Communication before the appointment was clear and very helpful. On the day of the appointment, Dr Bright listened attentively and took our concerns seriously. He also administered a skin prick test efficiently and quickly, keeping our son amused as he did so. Following this, Dr Bright gave us advice regarding the milk ladder and the egg ladder, as well as general weaning. He was extremely reassuring and his knowledge and expertise put us at ease. The follow up letter (sent to our GP and copied to us) was clear, reiterated salient points and has given us a path forward. I would recommend this service to any parent who is concerned by their child’s allergies. Dr Bright is dedicated, professional and approachable. I feel so much better about the future now.

We recently had an appointment with Dr Bright after our son had a severe allergic reaction… we were appalled we had to wait months on the NHS to be seen for allergy testing so we looked into private tests, did a lot of research and came across Dr Bright! We got an appointment really quickly and we thought the whole experience was brilliant. He put our worries to bed as we had been very concerned he would have another reaction and we wouldn’t know the cause! We had an in depth conversation around our son’s reaction then he explained what would happen with the tests and it didn’t take long to find out what he was allergic to! We talked about how to go forward from the appointment and what he would need. Care plan, medication etc! His care plan came through in no time at all and my husband and I were so pleased we came across Dr Bright and I wouldn’t hesitate to go pay privately and do exactly the same if needed in future! We would thoroughly recommend Dr Bright to anyone! We was brilliant with our son and he made sense of this whole experience we never thought we would find ourselves in. We are in a much better place with guidance and the experience Dr Bright gave us and are very thankful for the swift appointment and advice!!

Dr. Bright is a professional doctor. It's clear that he loves his job, and that gives you the confidence to come back.

We found Dr Bright online as we were keen to get our 6 month old seen as quickly as possible - we suspected her to have dairy allergy. We knew that NHS waiting time can be long so we decided to go for a private consultation. Dr Bright is the only consultant in the North East that offers such private service.

We got in touch with his team and we were responded to swiftly. In fact, we got reviewed in under two weeks after getting in touch.

At our consultation, Dr Bright was polite, professional, and warm. He put us at ease and it was obvious that he's great with babies. He made a thorough assessment of our daughter's history and conducted a detailed examination. He listened and emphasised.

Following this, he performed skin prick test which was incredibly helpful as it gave us the answers within that consultation.

Dr Bright was able to take us through what the diagnosis was, what it meant, and provided us with a very robust management plan.

He devoted his time to us and we never felt rushed even though the consultation went over time. Following on this consultation, we received a very detailed clinic letter.

Overall, we would highly recommend anyone with children who have allergies to Dr Bright.

Dr Bright was very knowledgeable and helpful with my daughter allergies. He listened to all of the issues, diagnoses the problems and gave us a clear plan for treatment. This was well communicated to myself and also to my GP. This treatment plan has massively improved my daughters allergies on a short period of time

It was great to meet Dr Bright who was nice and understanding and helped to point us in the right direction after confirming that my daughter had a milk protein allergy. It was a good experience for both my daughter and I. We now have an action plan and prescribed medication that she can use when she has an allergic reaction.
