Amazing Service
Amazing Service. Adam originally took care of my application, and it was translated and sent to be apostilled incredibly quickly. There was a delay with the Hague apostille (through no fault of Merlin Health's), but they helped to resolve it efficiently, keeping me updated the whole time. Great service, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get apostilles and translations for their visas.

Online forms are clearly explained & easy to complete. Unfit to fly certificate obtained which is what airline requested.

After falling off a ladder a few days…
After falling off a ladder a few days before our flight to Spain and fracturing my ribs, I was in no state to travel. I found Merlin Health online - got in touch and James was excellent at answering my queries. My insurer just accepted my medical certificate and claim today, excellent service

Merlin health is about as magical as a dead badger
Needed a same day unfit to fly during doctors certificate, filled in the form, paid the 50 quid, and …. nothing … reached out 7 hours later to be told more info was needed (which I don’t have) , but they didn’t bother telling me until I reached out after 7 hours, which for a same day service is useless, but not as useless as their dysfunctional customer service, threatened chargeback to get money back … Merlin health? They’re not magic they’re just rubbish … used a lnother online service with a zoom appointment with a real GP who were able to issue … avoid Merlin Health!

Having reviewed your case, your application included no supporting medical evidence. These certificates are used to support travel insurance claims and other significant purposes, and as a responsible and ethical provider, we simply cannot issue them without confidence that the grounds are legitimate. It wouldn’t be right for our patients, for insurers, or for the integrity of the service.
Our team reached out to give you the opportunity to provide additional evidence. Sadly, that request was met with abusive and profane language directed at our staff, who work hard to help every customer they can.
Regarding the chargeback: we want to be clear that no threat was needed. We have a straightforward policy — anyone we’re unable to issue a certificate to receives a full refund, automatically. It was already on its way.
We truly hope you got the help you needed elsewhere. Unfortunately, there’s no certificate we can issue for abusive behaviour — but a little kindness goes a long way. We wish you a speedy recovery :)

I had a serious respiratory infection whic prevented us going on our walking holiday. I didn’t see my GP because I’m used to managing my own treatment. I sent Merlin a health report from my smartwatch and they were able to see that the data reflected my health issues. On that basis they were able to issue a health certificate and our travel insurance paid our claim.

Impressive
Needed a medical certificate for my none lucrative visa and was running out of time. Don't have to sit around waiting for an appointment -- everything was sorted online, and I had the certificate in the post the same day. really impressed.

Easy and convenient
Was in a bit of a rush to get a fit to fly certificate for a holiday, so I tried Merlin Health. Filled out a quick from online, and within a few hours, I had my fit to fly certificate! It was exactly what I needed for the airline. Super convenient and easy.

Process was super simple
I was supposed to fly out to Spain for a family holiday, but I started feeling really unwell. I couldn’t get a GP appointment in time and was panicking about getting a certificate for my insurance claim. I found Merlin online, and honestly, I’m so glad I did! The whole process was super simple, and I got my certificate emailed to me the same day. It took so much stress off my shoulders. Definitely recommend if you're in a similar situation!

Easy to use website
Easy to use website. Very straightforward process and prompt delivery of service.
Only minor feedback for improvement I would give is the letter content. The use of my name was used in every paragraph which kind of reduced the gravitas of the letter. Improvements could be made to the content to make it more professional. But everything else was absolutely great. Many thanks

Easy to use and saves a lot of Stress
Finding out only 4 days before a long haul flight that I needed not only my prescription notices but what conditions I had that meant I needed the medication, I had a panic, thinking of being on the phone forever to GP surgery and not getting a letter in time. I didn't even know there were online Doctors like this. Simple form to fill in with screenshot from my NHS app, photos of my medication and a photo of my passport, all really easy to upload. I pressed send at 10.15pm and by 11am I had documents I needed that were easy to print off.
No fuss no stress and at £45 not a bad price

Chickenpox Fit to Fly Certificate
