Once I sorted out all the documents I needed it was very quick. I didn’t see the list of documents required until I had started so perhaps make that easier to spot.

Outstanding customer service and a service that delivers
Any online service lives and dies by its customer service when things go awry … in my case a simple typo when entering my details … reached out and got to speak to a human who totally reassured me within seconds they understood the issue, and then explained how it would get fixed, and then fixed it, and emailed me with updates, and all while the clock was ticking to get a same day flight cancellation certificate… an hour later I have my certificate and can now start the insurance processes for separately booked flights and hotel … all for a very reasonable price … when things go wrong, you need a service you can rely on, and my experience is this is one of those companies that do the little things really really well.

Overall the service was just ok
Overall the service was just ok. There was confusion over the first submission of our documents. They asked us for the case number, and apparently had no way of checking for this number themselves, and to see if the original documents were actually received. We had to spend the time and energy to re-upload everything a 2nd time, which the company did not really care about. We did finally get our requested and paid for verifications.

The letter which I paid £49 was not accepted by my insurer and so was a waste of time, effort and money.

Very Fast Service…
Certainly a lot faster than contacting your GP personally I had waited two weeks for one signature so gave up got relevant document from Zoom doc within an HOUR.Had slight issue with video as not a lot of storage.But I would definitely recommend ZoomDoc

This is a great service if you need a…
This is a great service if you need a fit-to-fly note while travelling during pregnancy. The form is easy to complete as long as you have all your details to hand, and the turnaround time for receiving the document is very quick.
One thing I would highlight is that some airlines, such as Ryanair, have their own specific form that needs to be completed. In my case, this meant paying an additional £25 on top of the original £49 fee to ensure the documentation was compatible. This was an unexpected extra cost, so it may be helpful to make this clearer upfront for customers travelling with airlines that require their own documentation, as it made the overall cost quite high.
