6pm asked for a letter than I needed for an application and by 21:30 I received a perfect letter, money well spent and only £5 more than my nhs doctor that was between 4-6 week wait

The 24-hour Holter monitor was easy to use and supplied with clear instructions. ZoomDoc provided a very fast efficient service with a full report and interpretation; I posted the unit back and got the report the next day, which I wasn't expecting. I recommend this service to others.

I am fairly rubbish at technology
I am fairly rubbish at technology so just doing the video turned into an epic but zoomdoc were helpful and we got there in the end. I got the medical certificate and needed a form completed by my insurer which turned out ZoomDoc could help with as well. Neil bothered to phone me a couple of times to help and advise and got hopefully all the documents needed , as was dealing with a very unwell husband, needing to get confirmation of not being fit to travel and finding that the NHS take a long time to sign and stamp the document,it was incredibly stressful. I hope I never need to use this service again but for anyone reading this, they are brilliant and helpful and guided me. I was very impressed because have been able to send off my insurance claim really quick.

I was so ill and was referred to your…
I was so ill and was referred to your service from both Jet2 special assistance and my own Gp because they dont provide fit to fly certs. Spent the whole day teying to get a certificate to be refused for the wrong certificate! I was travelling to spain and yet I was turned down for a france certificate! Appalling service and had to delay flight for a further day! Missed 2 days of hols. Terrible service.

Having reviewed our records, we can see that you never activated your certificate. You may have sent your video and ID, but never followed tor completed the process. Our Customer Care team sent a separate email containing the activation link required to proceed with the assessment, but unfortunately this step was not completed.
We are also sorry for any confusion regarding the certificate type.
