Could not upload documents and lost my money
I was having trouble sending information over as my phone was not able to send emails or upload documents to the link they sent me so i asked to cancel my request and refund me but i had no response and lost the £49 that i paid so not impressed at all

Disappointed that the exemption certificate is only valid for one year.
The process was fairly straightforward. However I was very disappointed to discover that the Yellow Fever Exemption certificate was only valid for 1year. I didn’t see that anywhere in the small print ! The exemption is because I am over 60yrs old and that is not going to change, I feel it was expensive for a 1 year validation ! If I had known I wouldn’t have used Zoomdoc.

Travellers over the age of 60 are generally considered at higher risk of adverse reactions to the Yellow Fever vaccine, which is why exemptions are quite common and fully recognised under international health regulations.
According to the National Travel Health Network and Centre (NaTHNaC), a Medical Letter of Exemption (MLoE) can be issued when a clinician decides that the traveller should not receive the vaccine on medical grounds. There aren’t specific exemption rules just for people over 60, but clinicians do tend to issue exemptions more frequently for this age group due to the increased risk of severe side effects.
NaTHNaC also makes it clear that:
“The Medical Letter of Exemption (MLoE) is only valid for one trip and should be taken into consideration by the port/border health authorities in the destination country.”
This means:
It cannot be issued with permanent or open‑ended validity.
It is not the same as a lifetime Yellow Fever vaccination certificate (which only applies to people who have actually been vaccinated).
A new exemption must be issued for each individual journey if the traveller still cannot safely be vaccinated.
In short, the International Health Regulations (IHR) give lifetime validity only to vaccination certificates—not to medical exemptions.
