I’ve recently made quite a large purchase from Chimes Home & Garden, and from start to finish the whole experience has been absolutely exceptional.
The customer service and communication have been second to none. Nicola in particular has been absolutely amazing — professional, helpful, kind and so supportive throughout. She genuinely went above and beyond to help, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The furniture itself is beautiful quality, with so much attention to detail, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with what I’ve chosen.
Delivery was fantastic too — professional, efficient and completely hassle-free.
Chimes have completely smashed it from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I would 100% buy from them again.
Five stars really don’t feel enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered a parasol base.
I ordered a heavy base for a large parasol. The base arrived very quickly and didn’t need assembly, which was great. The parasol arrived today (from a different company as Chimes had sold out of them) but the two matched perfectly, as promised by Chimes. Very happy.

Excellent service from order to delivery
Our second purchase from Chimes. Warehouse staff were very friendly, helpful and not pushy.
Furniture was delivered on agreed date and assembled.
The guys were friendly, clean and tidy and took away all the packing. The white glove service was definitely worth the cost.

Superb garden set and great customer service
Fantastic corner garden dining set at a great price (Remo.) Delivery was about 4 weeks later than originally specified but communication from Chimes was great and the set was definitely worth waiting for. Am absolutely thrilled!

Excellent Service from start to finish
From the moment we firtst entered the showroom to the final delivery of our purchase the service was second to none. Really please with our garden set. Very high quality. We did have a minor issue with one part of the set but one email to Chimes and everything was taken care of. No excuses, no questioning just an accepteance by Chimes to make things right according to what we stated. Such a refereshing response from a company. Excellent value for money. Every person we interacted with was excellent. The delivery guys were excellent. The showroom staff were excellent and the owner was excellent. Could not recommend the company enough. Delivery was on time. Email response was fast and telephone calls were great.

Chimes did well
I ordered at chimes because of ordering a pergola from the Range and after getting terrible service from them and asking for a refund. After this I Found Chimes on line.
Chimes promised delivery in seven working days and actually delivered in five so I was very pleased.
Chimes pergola was £200 more expensive , but is far better quality so I’m very happy with my purchase.
Only one small complaint the build instructions could be more detailed , but we got there in the end.
I would use Chimes again and would recommend.
