HI Tammy am sorry to hear you feel this way. You are not being totally honest here. The item is not a KNOCK OFF. The item you received has a different packaging which all fragrance houses change packaging within a certain time frame. However we offer to issue full credit as long the item was sent back even being open. You refuse to do so. You wanted the item and the full credit which is not possible.

Order cancelled by store due to discount given
Ordered expensive parfume on line and discount was given. Payed with pay pal and it was approved and paid - then ChiosNY cancelled my order. Called them to ask why and they said with the discount and free shipping they made no profit on the item, so they didn't want to sell it to me at that price. Will never do business with them again for sure!

Hi Whitney, we truly apologize for the inconvenience however we explained your order came in as Fraudulent so we need it Drivers license or any valid id in order to ship item.
Horrible customer service.
1. After ordering one large and one small bottle of perfume I sent an email to confirm order and got no reply. 2. I ordered two and only received one.
3. Waited to receive the second. After awhile I called. I was told they didn’t have it which they never let me know in the first place.He offered to send me another large size for the same price but I would have to pay for shipping. I told him I already paid and he collected. I then asked for my money back.
Customer service is everything. If at first he had sent notice that they had to back order. By taking the payment and not letting the customer know is what really got me.
Small business or not this is not how to grow a business.

They send fake perfumes in sample tubes…
They send fake perfumes in sample tubes that just say fragrance. Trying to get a refund and their email is coming back undeliverable and the phone number is google voice. I now have dispute submitted with PayPal

Hi Pamela i am sorry to hear that you feel that way. Our items Are NOT Fake. The item is a hand-decanted sample. The original bottle on the main picture is not for sale, it just shows the original bottle from which perfume will be decanted. Therefore, the customer will receive the authentic fragrance poured from original bottle into a new sterile vial. PLUS we sent you pictures of all the items we have. The size of the vial is your choice.
