I sent multiple emails and messages requesting an address change on my order because I was unable to cancel and re-order. You shipped it to an old address, so I basically wasted that money.

Hi Joshua. Unfortunately we are short handed therefor we are not updating as fast as we could our site. Sometimes we run out of stoke in the physical store and it takes days for us to update the site and for that we apologize.

Free delivery and Authentic
I reviewed other comments and took a chance. Mostly, due to free delivery with text notice. The ordered was placed on Friday pm and delivered the following Friday to TN. Authentic product. Thanks

Price was good, product just as expected and shipped withn a fair amount of time. The only thing that would have added to this experience is if an email was sent when my item shipped. But will purchase again!

my order was filled as soon as the product was available through one of the company's contacts and arrived on time. Unfortunately, the product was not satisfactory and I had to call Choisny. My call was answered quickly and professionally. I explained the problem and Jon made certain the matter would be handled. Within a few minutes he sent me a return label with clear instructions.
I will always call the company, first. They are honorable.

I love this product, I ordered the tester since it’s getting very hard to find! Shipping was very quick, bottle completely full and the scent is heavenly! Will be ordering again! Cartier Baiser Vole is the absolute best I have ever used, and you can’t find it anywhere less expensive!
