The support team is very kind! They responded to me quickly and solved my issue pretty swiftly. I also just love chitchat T-T I find a lot more genuine people there, and the tone is just calmer and softer over all

I made a friend, and I got banned because some said In under age, even though I show chitchat im not. dum app, should not use it, or find around this app so you can keep talking to that person.

I’ve been using this place for years trust me when I tell u it’s just the same people on there I keep bumping into same 50 odd people I swear it’s just mods on there and few people blah blah blah blah I don’t like ur manners I’ve noticed even when I’ve emailed customer service get patronising people on power trip replying I am allowed to give my opinion u just want people to think u have a good website even on Reddit when I’ve commented in chitchat community I was silenced by no life chit chat employees lile I said was using this crap for years and everyday it’s just the very very small server of same people who most just lurk and dont even chat until u skip to next person u want to lie to world knock urself out but here’s best way to prove it to people if anyone wants to give this website a try do it see for yourself if I’m lying use it for a week and u will see same 50 odd people no one new

So the first time i used chitchat was last year and i’ve been using it consistently since then. So here is my review

I have contacted chitchat.gg support 3 different times now and every single time they were really fast. Honestly impressive I don’t know any site that has support like this 😂 First time was on email because I got banned but turns out it was a misunderstanding and they solved it in less than 24 hours which i didn’t expect especially on email.
Second time was on discord where i opened a support ticket with them and they handled it after 1 hours. It was to report someone and they took him down. Third time also on discord where i had some questions about their guidelines and they answered really professionally but also friendly. You can tell they care about the person using their site

And yeah about the site itself i think it’s one of the best random chat platforms. i tried a few but its a mixed bag, ofc you meet weirdos here too but that’s literally just the internet and not the platforms fault. The features are good everything looks clean (looks a bit like Discord 😂) and easy to use. if you’re wondering if chitchat is worth it it definitely is

I was banned on chitchat wrongfully but after submitting a ticket it was almost immediate the community is nice and the server owners are awesome

Moderation and support are genuinely responsive when I hit an issue they got back to me quickly and fixed it. It feels safer and more controlled than other random chat sites, and I’ve made real connections here. Reliable, active, and worth trying.

Chat site is great met a lot og greath people.
Had an issue with my subscription but cthe customer service team helped me and it was resolved with in 2 hours. All in all great experience.
