I would 0 stars if it could. NOT Canadian and operates out of China. Crap quality and no way to get your money back!

Not based in Montreal. Not a mother-daughter company. Just a big fat scammiola...cheapo product that arrives late with a BS return policy.

AVOID CHLOE AND ISABELLA. My experience with this company has been absolutely terrible.

I seriously regret ordering from Chloe and Isabella. Based on my experience, this company feels incredibly sketchy, and I would strongly caution anyone considering placing an order.

I placed two orders, 3151 and 3162, and the entire experience has been a disaster. The items arrived later than expected, and when they finally showed up, I was shocked by the quality. The clothing looked and felt extremely cheap compared with what I believed I was purchasing online. The sizing was even worse. None of the items came remotely close to fitting me. This was not a small sizing issue. The clothing was completely unusable for me.

Then I discovered that the shipment originated from China, which was not what I expected from the way I understood the company and products to be presented when I ordered.

The worst part has been trying to get my money back.

I contacted Chloe and Isabella requesting a full refund and return instructions. Three days later, I still had no response. No acknowledgement. No return instructions. No meaningful customer service. Nothing.

A company can sell me something I dislike and still earn some respect by handling the return professionally. What makes this experience so unacceptable is taking a customer's money and then seemingly disappearing when that customer asks how to return unsatisfactory merchandise.

At this point, the experience feels like a scam to me. The combination of poor-quality merchandise, completely unsuitable sizing, unexpected overseas shipping, and the difficulty getting any response about a refund raises serious red flags.

I am now left with merchandise I cannot wear and a company that has not provided me with a clear way to return it and recover my money.

Buyer beware.

Before ordering from Chloe and Isabella, I strongly recommend researching the company carefully, reading independent reviews, checking where the merchandise is actually shipped from, and examining the refund and return process in detail. Do not assume that getting your money back will be straightforward if something goes wrong.

Based on my experience, I would never purchase from this company again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I have had.

Cheaply made. This is NOT a boutique store like they make out. I washed the garment & stitching came undone. I didn't even get to wear the product.

The name leads you to believe they are based in Montreal. They aren’t, and the quality is terrible, especially for the prices. I ordered from them and feel duped, the products are cheap and not made in Canada. Buyer beware!

This company is a big scam. This is so sad because I wanted to encourage a Canadian boutique, but turns out the quality and the material of their dresses is like Shein product. Plus, they say they have 30days refund policy but when you try to get a refund they start telling you you need to pay international shipping and they offer only 10% refund. DON’T GET SCAMMED BY THEM.

J'ai acheté 6 items dont aucun ne correspondait à l'annonce publiée par la boutique. Les tailles, les modèles et les tissus ne correspondaient pas. Les tissus extrêmement cheap. Un des articles est arrivé déchiré. Les délais de livraison ne sont pas respectés. Ils exigent qu'on retourne les items en Chine à nos propres frais. Ils refusent de rembourser.

Les sandales que j’ai commandé ne sont pas à la hauteur de la qualité attendue pour le prix, ils ont fait remplacement avec Frais d’expédition gratuit ou un retour de 20 % sur la commande qui ne fait pas selon moi, ce n’est pas digne d’une compagnie, qui veut gagner la confiance de ses clients.

C’est une arnaque, te font payer le triple du prix et ils achètent en Chine. Super cheap et en plus envoie pas la bonne grandeur et te demande de retourner en Chine au gros frais.

Sandales de mauvaise taille et qualité plus que médiocre…. À éviter!!! Je tente d avoir un remboursement mais je n’ai pas de retour de leur part… 0 étoile …..

Haven't received item yet , they said 7 to 10 days and we are looking at probably 3 weeks already. Ridiculous and they keep on sending emails saying it's on its way etc. I even wonder if this company even exist.

Très déçu.Jai bien reçu mes sandales mais en plastique partout.Tres inconfortables.

ATTENTION, FRAUDE. De très mauvaise qualité. Épouvantable. J'ai jamais vu quelque chose d'aussi Épouvantable .

Worst experience ever!

This is a company that created about 40 websites (with a city name in it), faking a store in each city. Their product are the worst quality, 100% viscose, Colors are completely different from the website, confection really bad and not symétrie, and when you ask for a refund they either propose to refund 20% of the full price or to send it in china at a price higher than the price of the product, and even if you want to take that option they never give you the adress in china.
