I paid for Chris Malta's high ticket business mentorship and I can't express how much I regret it or how I wish I could get a refund.

If I had a friend thinking of giving him that much money and pinning their business goals and dreams on his expertise, I would tell them to do three things (see if you think these things are entirely reasonable): 1. Find Trustpilot reviews from students who have finished his paid coaching rather than his free course, and note when they were written. 2. Since he markets his coaching as focusing on SEO for e-commerce, find testimonials from *recent* students who *followed his lessons as written* and now have stores that are both ranking in search and earning a profit. 3. Most importantly, pin him down about when his lessons about SEO and store building and tools for business owners were last updated. Insist on being given the *precise dates* of those updates and make sure you have proof of his answers. (Whether that means he's written those answers in an email, or he's agreed to let you record the phone conversation or zoom meeting.) Also, be sure to ask for the exact number of lessons/projects you will be doing before your store goes live.

I keep editing this review because I've seen the way Chris Malta treated other reviewers who had a negative opinion of him, but I believe it would be immoral to not give a warning to others so you don't make the same mistakes I did, so I'm not going to delete it entirely. Get the answers you need before making the decision, and keep proof of those answers.

Chris is extremely experienced in e-commerce, and I couldn't be happier to have found him. Based on my previous experiences with so called "e-commerce gurus", I felt I was on a Merry-Go-Round and couldn't make head or tail from the fragmented information I was given. Worst of all, there was never anyone to answer my questions. I felt completely lost and alone in the e-commerce world until I found Chris. He is always there, be it by email or over the phone answering not only my questions, but also giving me the guidance and support I need. I don't think I could find anyone else as dedicated, with this level of knowledge and experience, who would genuinely want to share it with others and want them to succeed. I can't wait to complete the program and start my e-commerce business under his guidance. I highly recommend Chris as a dedicated, patient and encouraging teacher/mentor. Thank you Chris!

It's easy to give Chris 5 stars. He does everything he said he would do and then some. His course materials are excellent, but his attention and responsiveness to my questions and concerns are incredible. This is what really makes the difference; knowing that Chris is available to help with any issue or difficulty that I might come up against. Without hesitation, I would recommend Chris to anyone interested in learning about e-commerce.

Chris is a trustworthy and dedicated teacher/mentor. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and will genuinely teach you everything about e-commerce. I like that his course is very structured and he can make difficult concepts easy to understand. Chris is very prompt in his support and will usually response to my questions or projects within the same day or the next. I also appreciate his practical, honest and direct feedbacks. Chris Malta delivers!
I'm currently a student in his eBiz Foundations program and it's very obvious that Chris knows what he's talking about. I've been exposed to other programs that make promises great things, but essentially left me "high and dry". In Chris's program, you really feel as if you're getting mentored by someone that knows their way around online marketing. It's a real eye-opener to see how selling online really works!

I'm about midway through the course at this point. I've already absorbed more information and knowledge about correctly selecting and qualifying products and how to present them than in the previous two (other vendor) courses I've taken. I feel like what I'm doing is being thoroughly examined as I've had lessons returned as incorrect with instructions on how to properly complete and resubmit them. Looking forward to the remainder of the course and my eventual eCommerce site.

In business, it is difficult to find an honest and trust worthy person you can trust. I have worked with Chris Malta since 2017, I have been impressed with his knowledge, along with his education program for my own personal online store. I have had a few businesses in the past, A rented gas station, in AZ, A handyman in Indiana, An owner of a small trucking company in Indiana...all of which I made a living from. Chris and I will work to hone what to sell, how to sell and when to jump in with both feet. If I need help, he is there every time. Thank you Chris for being there for and with me as well.

Chris Malta is an absolutely amazing mentor! He is fully dedicated to the success of his students. He personally mentors throughout the program. If he noticed I was struggling with any part of the course material, Chris did not hesitate to call me to ensure I had a better understanding. I found Chris to be a man of his word.

I was looking for an honest approach to ECommerce without the lies and i found it. I wanted to get in the business for long time, but there is so much noise out there.
Doing it alone was an option, but would have probably just discouraged me and cost way more. For me, to have found someone with this level of experience is remarkable.
Through out my life, i have thought many classes and Chris Malta is a good teacher, available, humble, straight forward and patient to name a few. If someone is serious about learning and applying, this is the right place.

I have been wanting to start an online business for many years and have been waiting until I retired. During that time I followed Chris, his videos, his training, comments from his students and I knew he was right for me, so I jumped in. As a former teacher, I can tell you his lesson plans are well organized and he doesn't move on until you understand the lesson completely. When you hand in his assignment, he reviews it and sends it back for comments. I haven't pass every assignment and have had to re-do some of them, even twice, but it only made me better. Chris is all about making us make money for our business so he wants us to get it right. Every time I emailed him with a question, I received an answer within 24 hours. Every time I called him on his personal line, he either picked up his phone or called back personally within 24 hours. I could not give him a higher recommendation.

I have been working with Chris Malta and his training/mentoring program and I can say that Chris Malta himself is what makes this program a success. Chris sends all of the lessons to me himself, and he approves each lesson before sending the next one. I have had questions as I have completed the program, and I call Chris to get answers to those questions. Chris gives his enrollees his personal telephone number and he is literally available 24/7, 7 days a week to answer my questions. I have called him weekdays, on weekends and as late as 10:00 pm and he always gets right bacck to me. I don't think I have ever waited more than 24 hours to get a return call from Chris. Another factor has been huge for me in this program. Chris writes ALL of the content in the lessons, and all of the exercises for each course section himself, and he knows the internet marketing industry, as well as what it takes to build a SUCCESSFUL online buiness, backwards and forwards. Finally, it didn't take me long in the program to realize that Chris is dedicated to making me successful, and he is genuinely interested in the people he works with.

Chris is very knowledable, available and wiling to share. It is the perfect combination for someone acting as one's mentor. His advice has been succinct and unambiguous, and I have always felt that he truly wants me to succeed. His availability and timely response to my questions are what really stand out for me. His office hours are basically "anytime".
