I might have sent a review but if not Mr West was outstanding we were going on holiday and however busy he managed to fit us in with his schedule he told us what was going to happen in layman terms and three days later the small operation was done with no fuss from this lovely gentleman Mr West after we’re back from holiday we will be going for a follow up thanking you Martin Mantel

Mr West made comfortable from the start of our appointment. He listened to everything I had to say and all my concerns. He explained everything about the procedure, risks and benefits. I have full confidence that he and his team will take care of me and I will benefit from the procedure.

I can not put into words how grateful I am that I had Mr West and his team looking after me before during and after my skin removal surgery.
My journey was not straight forward due to an underlying health condition. Mr West ensured that everything was put into place to ensure my surgery would be safe and communicated with me at every step. He gave me clear expectations of what my results would be from my initial consultation. I felt like I could openly ask him any questions that I had. I was looked after exceptionally well during my hospital stay by all the medical and nursing team. Unfortunately I had some post operative complications but I was followed up closely and knew I could raise any concerns quickly and it be delt with. I can't describe how having this surgery has changed my life even just 3 months post op. I am a new woman both physically and mentally and difficult as the journey has been I have no regrets. It has made things possible in my life that weren't before. I can't wait to enjoy my final results. Saying thank you does not seem enough.
