I received my item which was broken which I can’t blame anyone as it could have happened during delivery, I emailed the company and they give me an instant refund or a replacement which I wanted a replacement because I just loved the item which I was happy with. They asked me was it possible to send them photos which I did. So I received the second one and unfortunately it was broken again. So I emailed the company again which again I was offered a refund or a replacement but at this stage I was well into December and I put my Christmas decorations up for the first December so I was going to wait another week + for another one so I just said that I would take a refund which I got an email immediately to say my refund would be with me in a few days so I couldn’t have asked for anymore. Just because I had that experience with the company it definitely wouldn’t put me off from using them again. I would even recommend a friend to use this company. Thanks very much for everything you did to accommodate me. Happy Christmas to everyone in the company 🎅🏻🤶🏻🎄
