Ordering & delivery good as usual as…
Ordering & delivery good as usual as I've purchased from this company before. 2 of the boxes were badly damaged when received and which didn't seem to be the couriers fault. I was worried that the lights may not work but tested them straight away and they seemed to be ok.

The lights are lovely and working well
The lights are lovely and working well. My daughter adores them. However when I received them box was so dirty, made my hand all black. You could see they were stored for very long time however it would be nice if first thing I didn't have to clean with damp cloth before opening the box. Likewise efficient delivery.

Beautiful but poor quality for price
Packaging was badly damaged and open but product was ok inside. The tree is beautiful and I love it, however the quality does not match the price. I have had to buy thick wire and brown insulating tape to reinforce many of the branches.

The bank order took way too long
My item was ordered on Boxing Day and it arrived 18.1.23! Maybe next Christmas alert possible customers that you have a long festive break to prevent them having to send emails when promised a 3 working day delivery window!

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your order, unfortunately I am unable to find any prior contact from you regarding this issue.
After investigation I can see the couriers were unable to deliver and the parcel has been returned back to us. I have issued a full refund and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

You sent me incorrect item and I have reported you to PayPal. I would not recommend or buy from you again. Yes after posting this and raising case with PayPay they had no choice but still wants me to pay for return postage! I would not feel confident and buy from this company.

Don't use company item never showed up
Don't use, they messed me around with shipping and the item I ordered never showed up. I then rang up the customer service to sort the issue out and they arranged the item to be shipped again with paying me for shipping. Over 10 days later the item never showed up and I called customer service again to which I was told it hasn't been shipped and they didn't sort out the order (which was originally ordered in November) now that it's Christmas this week the item will not show and its ridiculous.
Should have brought from somewhere else. As it would have showed up at the beginning of December

Unfortunately as we have gone to change this for you the system had also copied over the information from the original order and was also mistakenly sent to the store.
We have now issued a full refund and I apologise again for any inconvenience caused.
