because I had to go and find my parcel…
It was because I had to go and find my parcel which was delivered to another house.I have not a problem with my goods but I will never use this again if you have this delivery service.Also I thought I paid for it to be delivered.

Sent the item by delivery of yodel
Sent the item by delivery of yodel, yodel left it in an unlocked outbuilding ! Item was either then taken by them or stolen but end result is item never received! Nearly 90 pound down the drain ! And not a thing done about it by this company! You’d think they’d send their pricey items by signed for delivery! But oh no. Pile of crap! Do not buy !

Lack of communication
I ordered 2 sets of outdoor lights and only one set arrived. I had no notification that the lights were not coming. I had to call to find out what had happened. The lights were out of stock and should be coming out to me early this month. Just disappointed with lack of communication. One set of lights up and working great. Fingers crossed the others arrive soon!
