I apologise for the inconvenience, after looking into this I am only able to see one order from yourself. Unfortunately as the tree was damaged we had cancelled and refunded the order rather than sending a damaged tree out.

Didn't supply the item I ordered and didn't communicate with me that it was going to be cancelled for a month, a reason why and just sent a cancellation email out of the blue.

Bought the Natural Needle PE Scots Pine…
Bought the Natural Needle PE Scots Pine Christmas Tree 6ft tree and a set of 1500 lights. Ordered Monday delivered Friday and its fantastic! Looks incredible, the pictures definitely do not do it justice. Have previously always had a real tree but this really looks great. Very pleased and recommending to everyone I know!
