I ordered a blue-green tree and received a dark green tree, with no hint of 'blue' and which is nothing like its marketing photo. The tree itself is reasonable but overall, this was a disappointing purchase.

I am so pleased with this large blossom tree
I had ordered a blossom tree and although it was lovely I wanted more lights. I found this one on the internet and ordered it with my fingers crossed. But I needn't have worried it was delivered quickly and looks stunning. I am very pleased with my purchase and it was a great price as I had been reduced.

Excellent customer service
Tree we ordered arrived with only 5 of the 6 main branches. We sent an email and received a reply within 10 minutes sending their apologies and promising to dispatch a new tree asap. Sure enough, the tree arrived within 3 working days. Excellent customer service

Ordered two Christmas canvases and a week later nothing arrived, so I had to chase up, only to be told that they had apparently “been lost in transit” and now they have no more. Very disappointing and no real order tracking.
