Efficient service once I found their email in my spam folder.
Packaged was badly damaged in arrival and the company have provided details of how to return it. (Email did go to spam folder!). Once returned the refund was dealt with promptly.

Faulty tree, zero customer service
Terrible experience, received a tree at the end of November, plugged it in and only the bottom section lights works. I contacted via email and eventually received a response after 5 days - the response was to offer a 50% refund so I can go out and buy some lights. Not exactly the point, £200 for a prelit tree which doesn't light up... I can't get anyone to answer the phone, live chat is 'offline', and have been trying for over a week. I finally had an electrician inspect the tree and it turns out that the tree has been incorrectly wired in the factory. I have advised the customer care team I would like a full refund, now they want to collect the tree before any refund, I have to wait in for that to happen. Do not use under any circumstances as they have zero customer service.
The company miss the point entirely, I have ended up with a 50% refund because I refused to wait in from 8am-8pm on a Saturday 1 week before Christmas for a courier to collect, before they would consider a full refund. The tree is now in the tip at the cost of £100 to me. Absolute joke.

Good afternoon,
I apologise that the item you received was faulty, however I completely disagree with your review.
You had reported the issue to us on Saturday, unfortunately our customer service team only work weekdays. We had replied to you on Tuesday to advise we have checked the remaining stock and the issue seems to be an isolated fault and offered you a 50% refund if you wished to keep the tree (either to attempt to fix the light connection or remove the lights entirely).
Initially you requested a full refund and collection for Saturday to which we were arranging until you advised you no longer could do Saturday and requested the 50% refund instead.
I sorry you feel this was a terrible experience however I'm unsure how we could had resolved the issue any fairer or efficiently.
