Had to chase up order and got the candle after over a month. Apparently their systems went down but an email to let me know of a delay would have been nice

I haven't received my order so I'm not sure if this is a genuine seller.

The items advertised on the site were described as MAINS OPERATED for indoor and outdoor use When the 2 led FOXS arrived on opening the boxes I found 2 BATTERY OPERATED FOXES NOT MAINS and the only reason these were order was that they were described as mains.not BATTERY. Rang the company many times and got no answer also emailed them still no answer as I wanted to return them as these items were not what was described.Very dissatisfied customer and do not recommend this company

Very impressed with the service it was delivered quickly…. One of the pins that held one of the branches on was missing, but just a phone call and it was sorted. Pin arrived in post very swiftly and all was well… very pleased!

I had ordered 2 weeping willow trees with warm lights for family members which looked amazing and decided to get one myself. I kindly asked for a discount as they had increased significantly in price and promptly got 20% off, I’m very happy with it as I use it as a light in my lounge window which is great as we live in the country and it gets pretty dark no street lighting. Love it!

Service was great and even though a part missing replacement arranged with no issues - superb caring customer service lady called Olivia and amazing warehouse staff member called Jamie - online sales departments could learn from these staff members - good old fashioned customer care - well done

The outdoor lights are a great quality and the January discount made them more affordable...I bought 3 boxes instead of the intended 3.

this would have been 5stars, but due to the fact it took so long to arrive it ha s to be 4stars. I do understand that there was a stock take , but it took forever. The product that i purchased was excellent ( snowman led canvas)

Very good service, kept updated about stocktaking and received very pretty multi colour icicle lights soon after. Packaged well. Will certainly buy from Christmas lights again.

Still awaiting for order from December 29th. Promised it would go this-week it never arrived .

Used CT&l before on a few occasions. Obviously their name says it all and I needed a new big set of outdoor lights as an old set gave up the ghost mid December. Icicle lights were in stock and they arrived within 48 hours. Fair prices. Fast service and the people to go to in my opinion.

Got my order in the timescale delivery man very nice and it was the perfect size tree for my small.front room
