Very poor service. Accepted order then dispatch was put back to 20th January. I’ve just received the items today via Yodel. All I was told by Olivia at customer services was to follow the Yodel link to track items and if I wasn’t satisfied complain to them! Yodel tracking kept saying more info required from sender but sender wasn’t that interested. Haven’t even opened the items and have no faith they’ll be ok! Won’t order again!

I was sceptical when I saw the 90cm infinity Santa at such an amazing price I thought it must be one of those scam websites so I had a bit of a prowl on the internet about the Company and read the 5* Trust pilot reviews so I thought why not!! In for a penny & all that! I also threw in a beautiful pencil 6ft grey pine for good measure. I was well informed that they wouldn’t dispatch until after 16/1/25 & to be honest I had forgotten the order until I received the notification from Yodel. Both items arrived today & I’m over the moon with them. Can’t wait for Christmas and it’s only January!! Will absolutely be shopping with this company again. Highly recommended.

The on/off switches are very stiff, difficult to switch on.

Quick delivery and item as described

Ordered the item last sunday, claim to arrive in 3-5 days. It is now 8 days from order, order unseen, called the company, they dont know where the item is as YODEL didnt update them. Called YODEL, they dont know as well as the driver didn't update.
We only get the message from YODEL: we have it.

Tried to call the company for help: the CS laughed at me being pissed off or played around by repeating: Yeah, that's what I mean. I cannot give you an update when I dont have an update!

Item was bought for the party. Party is over and item still hasnt arrived yet and no one knows where it is!!!

I would give zero star if I could.

I ordered an item on-line which was accepted and my bank account was duely deducted with the correct amount. Within 24 hours I received a tracking email showing the delivery company had accepted the pickup. After 7 working days of there being no sign of the goods I phoned to see what was going on with my order. 'Coincidentally' the person I spoke to was about to contact me to let me know they couldn't locate the items in their warehouse and they would organise a refund. Unconvinced that they were just about to contact me on the same day that I contacted them so customer service gives them a three star rating. Refund was received promptly after the call.

Very reactive customer service, had an issue with my order...one item missing and one broken. Refunded me straight away.

I never do reviews but have on this.I ordered a 5ft fibre optic tree the pictures looked stunning received today (late) it was the worst tree I have ever had. Firstly sent wrong size opened up and was cheap and nasty and faulty bits hanging off the tree. Nothing like description whatsoever. Waiting for refund now and told to dispose of the tree !!

I purchased a 90cm Infinity Standing Tree w/ Star and Metal Base Outdoor Christmas Decoration on the 10th November. made contact on the 11th, 16th, 18th 22nd Nov about my order and asked when it will arrive, they did respond, and said it lost, was re picked and sent and I was told that there was a delay with dispatch and it will go out on the earliest courier. On the 26th I hadn't heard anything re delivery or tracking details so I got into contact again and got given a tracking number that is still (on 1st December) saying with sender and no indication of delivery.

It has been 21 days and i still have not received my order.

Not impressed at all. it is now out of stock on website.

I don't order much online and certainly not big products. I was very wary ordering but as the item was £30 cheaper than a local shop it was too tempting. Christmas tree ordered on Friday evening and delivered Tuesday morning. Brilliant service. Thank you.

We are still waiting for a Christmas order of decorations which we purchased on 11th September we received one of the order and was told the others won’t be in until 1st November but when you check on orders it says they were shipped back in September so where is it and how do you contact them as they don’t answer phone or emails sent to them, will never use again as unreliable.
