We have experiencing delays due to COVID-19 related shipping delays from various couriers which we use to transport product both within Japan and to international destinations. There was a week delay with my order

There was a week delay with my order, after it was finally sent, I received the wrong ring. They are now unresponsive to my emails about sending the correct ring and organizing the return for the wrong ring. Very disappointing experience.

I apologize for this mistake. This was entirely our fault as our staff had mistaken your custom order for another one, leading to an inventory issue. We have since found the correct ring that you ordered and we hope you will be happy with it. I hope you can understand that some of our new staff are not knowlegeable enough about Chrome Hearts jewlery yet as some of them look quite similar on first inspection. I will follow up on this case personally and make sure you get the correct item.

We are very sorry for the late reply. We have already sent your order to the shipping carrier weeks ago, but since they are still delayed due to COVID, they have yet to ship your order (delivery times vary depending on country and it's customs). We are trying our best to expedite the shipment, but Japanese logistics have been severely affected and the matter is out of our control.

We will chase the shipping carrier every day until they ship your order. We are truly very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

Have not received my parcel

I’ve ordered a ring from Chrome world roughly about a month ago, for my sister’s birthday. It was supposed to arrive 3-5days as promised. But, it has been a month, Christmas is tomorrow. And I haven’t even received my order yet. Super disappointed.

As you already know, COVID has severely slowed down our shipping carrier, Japan Post EMS, and the delays have been quite unavoidable due to the constant outbreaks we are experiencing. Shipping delays also vary by country and are constantly changing, and we have no way of predicting exactly how long delivery will take. Our entire company has dedicated countless hours to chasing up our shipping carriers every day. We have been trying our very best to expedite all our customer's packages. I know the context is particular but I placed an order on November 17th. it is december 9th and i still have no news that the parcel has been sent. disappointing

Besides the delay of shipment due to…

Besides the delay of shipment due to covid which understandable but still other vendor from US can send my purchased merchandise in 5-6 days from order -I think because they use DHL while in Japan you only use Japanese carrier also another issue is when we purchased your item you declared the actual value n due to conversion of 7% tax your merchandise no longer competitive versus US online store

Regarding the tax, we didn't actually declare it but because the invoice states the prices, on inspection, customs will get the value. We usually offer an optional invoice removal for countries where tax is an issue. If you can email me at matsuzaki.norio@chromeworld.jp with your tax invoice, we will reimburse you for your tax bill.
