Do not buy from Chrono Custom
Very disappointed with my experience with Chrono Custom. I ordered a watch on February 15, paid in full ($395.20), and as of April 24, I still have not received my watch. What has made this even more frustrating is the lack of follow-through on promises made in email communications. I was told that if my original order was delayed past my move date, a replacement watch was already being prepared and could be shipped to my Denver address so it would be waiting when I arrived. I moved to Colorado on April 14, and there was no watch.
I was then told, “I will have a brand new replacement watch out for you this coming week” and that I would receive new tracking information as soon as it was active. That tracking number was never sent, and the replacement never appeared.
At this point, after more than two months, I have paid nearly $400 and have nothing to show for it but repeated assurances that were not honored. Delays can happen, but broken promises, poor communication, and failure to provide updates or follow through are unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Chrono Custom.
Chrono Custom just proved AGAIN that they cannot be trusted. Do not buy from them!!!!

My deepest apologies. Huge... HUGE mistake on my part. To be clear, any readers of this review I was WRONG. I have never done any business with Chrono Customs and thus have no experience with their service. Again to Chrono Customs my apologies for incorrectly posting my review about you.

However, after carefully checking your order details, I need to clarify an important point: your purchase was made with Chrono Canada (chronocanada.com), not with Chrono Custom (chrono-custom.com).
These are two completely separate companies, and unfortunately there seems to have been a confusion between the two brands.
As a result, we do not have access to your order, nor the ability to assist with its fulfillment or shipping. I strongly recommend that you contact Chrono Canada directly so they can properly address your situation and provide a resolution.
