I ordered a Seiko knockoff almost two months ago. After repeated “it’s on the way, already shipped” messages I got nothing. Zip. Nada. I suspect I have been scammed out of $400! Don’t trust this company for any reason.

The customized "Seiko" was not a Seiko at all and was made from parts and poorly constructed, no box no papers etc. the screw down crown keeps popping out the time is off over five minutes per 24 hour period and the return policy is basically nonexistent this company is a scam. Stay away.

If I could give this a 0 I would. I ordered a watch on January 22, today is April 10. I still have not received the unit. I have tried to reach out to the companies owner, Johnathen, and he was responsive at first but I have not received a response in recent communications. I have been scammed out of ~$500. I would not recommend to anyone to buy from this company.

It was shipped from China. Quality is not great. Took forever to get here. Money can be spent better elsewhere

I was skeptical at first. Initially there were no updates provided but when I reached out the team was responsive and very detailed in their response. I appreciate that very much. From start to finish it took 3 weeks to the day to get my Batman GMT Master II. But I will say it was worth the wait. Very well made and solid piece. I am very satisfied with it! I ordered a 44mm Pepsi and a 44mm Dweller
They are absolutely beautiful
The photos and videos do not do them justice - they are far better looking in real life - the build quality is exceptional - everything is lined up perfectly - the dials are perfect - the straps feel solid - took me a few minutes to size them up when they arrived and the tools were included which was brilliant
I am so glad I decided to purchase these watches as they will now be my daily wearer’s - the quality and craftsmanship are exquisite - will definitely be buying more in the future - superb 👌

This business is a fraud and uses phony USPS shipping credentials to throw you off. I finally reversed the credit card charge after months of waiting. Beware.

Terrible!!! Bought 2 watches, very disappointed with both, finally after trying over and over and over to make contact I sent them back, had the right address, confirmed it with Johnathen, he said he never received them, but delivery was confirmed, he finally gave me a refund. My refund was 32% of the total cost of both watches, it is wrong what this company is doing.

Please save your money and do not buy anything from this guy. I placed an order on November 14 2025 for a stock watch, nothing custom, for my nephew for a Christmas gift. I emailed Johnathen to make sure it would arrive by Christmas. He assured me it would only be 3-4 weeks. In a couple of weeks I get a USPS tracking number but it says “awaiting package”. Christmas comes and goes and nothing. I sent Johnathen an email telling him that I no longer need the watch, since I had to replace the gift for my nephew, and that I would be disputing the charge. I then opened a dispute with the CC company to do a chargeback. Miraculously, on January 22, the watch shows up (he had to have pulled another watch off the shelf and sent it, as it only took a few days to get it, and it had a different tracking number.). I emailed him immediately and asked to return it since I had no need for it, and had I told him weeks ago to cancel it. He sent me the return address , but I had to return it at my expense.
I did open the watch when I received it just to see the quality, and was shocked at how bad it was. The pics on Facebook look great, and at first glance it looks ok, but I have seen $50 watches that are much better quality. $330? Are you kidding me? You can buy a really good watch for that money these days.
Anyway, I returned the watch the next day, he received it, then after receiving it he challenged my dispute, and the CC company REVERSED the chargeback, giving him his money back. Now he has the money AND the watch, and the dispute is closed and can’t be re-opened.
Initially he told me that he would refund my money in 5 days minus a re-stocking charge. That was a month ago, and each time I email him he has a different excuse. He is out of town, he can’t find the order, Shopify has not paid him yet, etc.
If this is the type of business that you are comfortable dealing with, be my guest. No way he will ever see any more of my money.

I placed an order in early January and still have not received it. The item was mis-addressed, went through the Netherlands and was routed to Sedona (I live in Phoenix). While I don't think is is necessarily a scam, I think the processed they have in place are very hit and miss. I will wait one more week before reversing my cc payment. This is based on my personal experience.

Really happy with my new Seiko-Stealth watch, customized by Chrono-Canada. The watch looks awesome. Also, I loved the rubberized band. Very comfortable. Chrono-Canada were great to work with. Highly recommend Thank You.

The watch I received wasn’t exactly as advertised. It’s a pretty decent watch, but not worth $300+. The crown guard is very sharp. His customer service is non existent.

Ordered a batch of watches for my company event and they turned out amazing. The logo printing was crisp, and everyone was impressed with the presentation.

Bought one for my husband as a gift and he absolutely loves it.The engraving on the caseback made it extra special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a meaningful custom piece.

Ordered a watch mid 2025 ... at the start it was great communication and definitely felt like John enjoyed building a custom watch with me.

we communicated a few times to get a custom made face (about $200 extra) and after multiple communications we confirmed the logo + color etc...

This was a trial to order in bulk and ensure the finished product.

During that building period i reached out a couple times to ask if i could see the face PRIOR to building the watch to ensure it looked right ... and was told no problem. He said he would send me a pic of the face once done before putting the watch together- that was NOT done.

One day ... 4-5 weeks after original payment/order - a plastic bubble wrapped package arrived. There was no case etc... only the watch wrapped into a ball w bubble wrap.

The watch it self does have a good weight and feel..

BUT the face had the wrong color etc..

I reached out 4-5 X over the next 3 weeks = ZERO response

CONCLUSION - project felt good BUT not what was ordered and communication is great before you pay ... but definitely did not reply once to my multiple request by email and text .

definitely disappointed.. and for sure .. did not order the rest of the planned watches

What a horrible purchase. I placed an order on June 28 and after several promised deliveries I received the incorrect watch today, Aug 11th. The order was specific and included a color image yet the watch I received was not even close to being accurate. I ordered a deep blue dial with matching blue band and received sky blue chronograph with steel oyster bracelet. Save your money, time and effort and do not buy from this site. Absolutely horrible experience.

Bought one as a gift for my brother's birthday and he was blown away. He thought I spent way more than I actually did. Super impressed with the packaging and the watch itself - it looked and felt like a $1k+ piece.

Arrived today. Nice fit and finish for the price of getting a one off watch, I’m extremely pleased. I also had great interaction with the owner, he promptly replied to all my e-mails to him. This will most likely not be by last purchase

moddy's is the best watch It's the same watch, but made by real professionals. Here I received my purchase and the watch looks good, but the quality is far from the first thing. When you come to screw the cylinder head, it's hard to set the watch correctly because it makes the second hand move again, and that's unfortunate on your part, and your glass is not of good quality. It's not a glass like real luxury watches, it's not anti-scratch, mine arrived with scratches. Don't waste your money with this scam, go to Moddy's. These are real watches made by professionals and top quality workmanship and real luxury materials to make your watch.
