Chronology Reviews

Our rustic wooden bookcase from Chronology is solid and stylish, it simply makes the room. Several people have remarked that they did not know that a bookcase could be so beautiful! The team at Chronology are superb as well, very responsible and helpful in every way. A great authentic British company!

The bookcase is beautifully made and looks great in my room. The whole process was easy from ordering online to delivery. A day or so after ordering, I received a phone call to clarify what I had ordered was correct before being made. The staff member who was friendly and clear, explained about the delivery process and timescale it would take. I was also given opportunity to explain I wouldn’t be available for certain dates. All noted. Delivery was seamless and he was friendly & helpful. Communication with customer service and delivery staff was excellent. I will be ordering furniture again from this company. Thank you

The bookshelf we ordered was delivered in a timely manner. The communication at the ordering stage was very good and our queries were answered swiftly and efficiently. The shelves look great, sturdy and well made. We are very pleased with our unit! Thank you.

Furniture was very high quality and as advertised. Very happy with the purchase, and looks amazing in the flat. Bought coffee table, TV stand, sideboard, dining table with benches. Only feedback was the delivery time was about 2 weeks later than what was advertised on the website

I had been searching all over the UK for bespoke shelves to hold my model cars.
Chronology provided the perfect solution that could be made and trimmed to my needs.
Delivered on time and perfect condition.

Really impressed with this company - I hadn’t heard of them but was looking for a very specific size of console table and it fitted the bill. So glad we took the risk. Firstly, they were super helpful when I asked a couple of questions pre-sale. The delivery did take quite a while but no longer than we signed up for so I guess you wait for quality! On the day, the delivery team were excellent - and as for the console; it really does exceed our expectations. It’s beautiful, really high quality, solid piece of furniture that feels as though it will last for years. It’s very stylish and complements our lounge perfectly. Really happy to recommend

Absolutely lovely record cabine, solid and well built. Delivery was excellent and company kept me updated. Would definitely buy another once I fill this.

Perfect for my needs (vinyl storage) well built well worth the price.
I would have liked updates on the progress but not a great issue. Highly recommended

Ordered a specific sized cabinet for my vinyl. Gemma and the team were fast to respond to my queries and contacted me when there were unavoidable delivery delays.
Cabinet arrived this morning safely and looks fantastic. These are not cheap (for me) pieces of furniture but it’s very solid, well made and it looks great in situ.

A beautiful bookcase! I am very happy with my order. I will definitely be ordering from Chronology again.

Post order communication could be a little better but the delivery process and the quality of the product is faultless

The correspondence from the company was great from order to delivery. The delivery drivers male and a young lady were very respectful of my home and placed my shelving unit where we wanted it. The item is beautiful heavy and very well made.
Thank you Chronology.
*****

Beautiful, solid bookcase. Very helpful service and friendly delivery driver. I highly recommend and will definitely be using Chronology in the future.

Very well built and finished. Good variety of sizes that allowed me to configure their shelves around existing furniture. Polite and helpful courier who helped unload and carry the shelves to their positions.

Just received my desk. I absolutely love it! The quality is second to none. Their customer service is also amazing and was very quick to respond. If you’re looking for quality furniture that’s built to last, look no further.

The bookshelf is lovely. Very sturdy, wonderful colour, and fits... Well, some of my books, but that's my problem. 😁

Customer service was good.

My only slight issue was how long it took. About 6 weeks from order to delivery.

Absolutely great piece of furniture. Well made and fits perfectly. I would definitely shop at Chronology again! Delivery was on time and they placed the item where I asked. Great after sales too. Would recommend.

The quality of the product is great. Second time I have ordered from here.
Delivery was exactly when it should have been and on time.

The whole process of purchasing through this company was excellent. Really simple ordering process and great delivery service. Very helpful on the phone when I called to get an updated expected delivery date, and Martyn (delivery driver) messaged and called ahead of delivery so we knew exactly when he’d be there. The item is excellent quality, we will definitely buy from them again.

Really nice quality furniture and will definitely look at other things i can buy in the future. We bought 2x Industrial shelving units with cupboard for my sons bedroom and Chronology were happy to reduce the width so it fitted nicely in the space. The units really transform the bedroom from a young kids space to a more sophisticated space, and the units also fit well with a lot of the other furniture in our house to create continuity. Thick, very nice wood and feels like they will last a lifetime. Delivery was great and super nice guy who had driven straight from Chronology to London and was super helpful. All round very pleased.
