Extremely pleasant delivery driver (Paulo)who erected the bed.
He had to come back to deliver the mattress. The company phoned me to explain and offer a date very close to the delivery date. The lady on the phone was also extremely helpful and pleasant.
Also the bed and mattress are lovely!

Such a great experience! Text alert gave me an accurate eta of when the delivery would arrive and my beautiful new bed was set up very quickly and professionally by Tyler and Paulo who were also so cheerful so early in the morning they made my day! And the advice customer service gave me on the phone when I ordered to help choose the best mattress for my sleeping style was just right. The Deco bed is so well constructed with quality wood and looks perfect in my newly decorated bedroom. I’m a very happy customer.

Recently moved house and thought I'd treat myself to two new bed frames. Bought one from a famous high street brand (what a headache to put up, made in China, there was a couple of issues, took weeks to sort out and I had to pay more!) and then the other bed frame I bought was from these guys. So easy to put up, made at home (UK), nicer looking and way more natural, I had one query and phoned them at 17.25 - George sorted it immediately. I now want to change all the bed frames in the house to 'Get Laid Beds'. Best I've ever come across and communication was brilliant.

Service was great and George was very helpful even down to the sizes of delivery boxes so we could figure out transportation.

I have two beds from them, one bought 6 years ago and one I just bought to upgrade my guest bedroom.
The bed is incredible quality, the only part damaged on my 6 years old bed is the headboard due to my cat falling from it and scratching it, otherwise both bed and storage are in perfect condition. I highly advise to book the assembly service. I built the first bed myself and it was quite long and heavy.
This time I booked the assembly service and Sean and Tyler did it all in record time and were very lovely, making sure I was happy with everything.
The customer service is also great, very responsive to all questions and even helped out on the phone with building the first bed when the instructions were unclear.
