Excellent customer service and delivery . Todd phoned me the day before to advise on delivery time, he arrived promptly and was very polite and considerate. Todd put my bed frame together very quickly and efficiently . He kindly adjusted the width of the slats several times for me until I was totally happy with it. I have recently had to replace lots of furniture due to a flood and it is very rare to find a company that actually has a human being on the end of customer service and delivery . Also very pleased with the bed base !

Fantastic Service
Ordered our third bed from GetLaid, as ever the quality, and service is superb. This time around we made an error when ordering. I spoke to Lenni, and she was amazing in helping us sort out not only a new order, but also arranging for the one we made a mistake on being picked up - and for a very reasonable price. Top stuff and will definitely be ordering again.

Our new emperor bed is absolutely stunning and we are elated with our purchase! Sean & Tyler delivered our bed with the utmost care, were friendly, extremely courteous in our property and have built our bed to the highest standard. We are absolutely elated with the final result.
