I am still awaiting my order, but I wanted to give a shout out to Elisha who very promptly assisted me when I mistakenly gave an incorrect shipping address and sent an email on a Sunday night to ask to have it updated. First thing Monday morning I heard back from Elisha who reassured me that the address had been updated and even sent a new confirmation order email reflecting the correct address to leave no question that everything was up to date. Knowing this company is in the UK, I was nervous that communication from there to the US may be delayed, but her prompt reply really alleviated that concern, and I am very excited to get my bed frame soon!

Spencer and Steven were really helpful- they sent us wood samples which arrived within 2 days and then we bought my daughter's four poster bed. They knew the dimensions and were able to accommodate the measurements to get the bed set perfectly for our new home. Wishing everyone knew their products as well and was as courteous.
