Get Laid Beds Reviews 

Acabo de comprar una cama en Get Laid Beds para enviar a Francia. He tenido muchas dudas en la elección del mejor modelo y he solicitado ayuda al servicio de atención al cliente. Grace me respondió con claridad y mucha rapidez y aclaró todas mis dudas. He fijado una fecha de entrega muy exacta, espero que se cumpla. Estoy expectante por comprobar la calidad y el diseño de la cama.

Customer service was amazing delivery guy set it up. It was quick and efficient. I highly recommend five stars.

I phoned Customer Service to find out the distance between the slats in the bed I was planning to order. Lewis was quick to answer my call and was very helpful in calculating the distance to help me determine if additional slats were needed to comply with my mattress's warranty. He made sure I had what I needed.

Because I have had good experience with a previous bed purchased from Get Laid Beds, especially in terms of quality, I expect to be pleased with the bed I just ordered.

Le lit a été envoyé en 5 colis différents, avec une date de livraison non respectée et des paquets qui arrivent séparément. L'emballage était minimum et certaines pièces sont arrivées un peu abîmées (rien de visible une fois monté mais quand on voit le prix du lit, on espérait un meilleur conditionnement, surtout pour une expédition à l'étranger).
Concernant le lit, il manquait des trous pour la mise en place, certains étaient décalés, il manquait des pièces pour le tiroir, et la notice d'utilisation et de montage est mal faite et peu claire.
Le lit est beau et nous verrons si le sommier à lattes fixes est vraiment confortable sur la durée, mais nous ne recommanderons pas cette marque.

Arrived, unboxed and started assembling. The slats were too short, had to disassemble and re-box. What a waste of 2 hours. What happened to measure twice, cut once...

Corresponded with Steven from the UK regarding options for king-size beds and delivery in the United States. Steven offered assistance and recommendations for specific products. His support was grey appreciated.

Customer service was quick, efficient, and concise. My shipping problem was dealt with in minutes. Steven's helpful attitude is unbeatable in a world of phone trees and AI. This was a pleasure.

I phoned Get Laid Beds before placing an order for a bed and mattress, because I was concerned that my area in Cornwall is not covered by the options of delivery to chosen room or assembly. Chris was extremely helpful, and suggested a solution which I was very happy with. I’m delighted that my order will be delivered to my chosen room. I placed my order with Chris, and I’m looking forward to taking delivery of my new 3’6’ bed and mattress - dimensions which are rarely available, but which will suit my space perfectly. What made this a good experience is the patience that Spencer I asked him for information for him to be very direct about it I also asked him to please send me an email confirming our discussion and he was very attentive and very very friendly and I found it a most five-star experience

We order a bed and had a fantastic experience with George Dax. He was knowledgable, patient and very helpful in answering our questions because we had many of them. The bed needed to fit in a very particular space and he helped us get all the details we needed so we could purchase the bed

We are in the US and didn’t realize it was a UK company until we pressed submit, complete with our desired delivery date. Get Laid Beds has been communicative and helpful from the get-go, especially Grace. Our bed was a couple days late, but that was because of (stupid) US customs and nothing Get Laid Beds did incorrectly. My partner and I put the bed together yesterday in a couple hours. Neither of us are handy. But the instructions were clear and the process not difficult. The bed is sturdy and beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I couldn’t be more pleased.
