I have ordered from them a few times, and the process is so smooth and professional, even when returning multiple items. The products are high quality and beautiful, and they have excellent customer service with live representatives!

Only comment is that Serena & Lilly doesn't recognize long time customers.

Serena & Lily is an expensive store, there’s no doubt. However, their products are high quality and their customer service is top notch. I forget to press check out on my cart and I ended up missing a big sale by one day. I called and they applied the promotion anyway, which saved me $1000! I can’t wait to get my furniture.

I have never been so disappointed in a company that promotes itself as a luxury brand!

While Serena & Lily’s towels are absolutely wonderful, their customer service is among the poorest I have ever experienced.

I fully understood when placing my order that delivery would take several weeks. What I did NOT expect was for the delivery date to be repeatedly postponed, with absolutely no explanation or communication as to why!

When customers are paying premium prices for luxury products, they should expect exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, Serena & Lily falls terribly short.

Beautiful products mean very little when a company fails to respect its customers or communicate honestly about their orders.

I am extremely disappointed, and despite loving the quality of their towels, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SERENA & LILY AGAIN!

I was looking for a Pottery Barn product on eBay and it showed me a similar product made by Serena and Lily. I was so happy to see it and it was so beautiful and such an amazing quality that I ordered it. I can't tell you how much I love the duvet I bought and I highly recommend this company to you. It's high quality and it is a little more expensive than Pottery Barn but I like it more. The customer service is top notch!
